Abstract
This study aims to find its extrinsic element and its influence to the story. In this research I used the method of library research, it was done by reading the novel repeatedly and carefully to understand the story and find the data. Then the data will be analyzed using the theory. The theory which used in this research is taken from Wellek & Rene Warren-s book The Theory of Literature (1956). Based on the analysis, there are four extrinsic elements in the story, there are: (1) Biography of the author which indirectly influenced the story, author biography is one of the extrinsic elements, because the writer-s experience during his life can inspire writers to make a story. Where in this analysis author find that the biography of the author indirectly influence the story, can be seen in the similarity of Atticus Finch and Amasa Coleman first career experience, Dill Harris has similarity family problem with Truman Capote, and They both has the same intelligence. (2) Social elements, which can be divided into two aspects: Personality the author viewed from her environment, and culture aspect, for example, natural environment, social heritage, and family circumstances can make a temporary or permanent change of personality to the author as well as Scout one of the main character, and the culture aspect is the fact that the culture around the author also inspires the author to incorporate it into the story. (3) Psychological of the author is the fact that psychic conditions such as the habits or behavior of the author also influence the author to include one of the characters in the story. (4) Historical aspect is the fact that the history of American racism inspired the author and incorporated it in to the story, thus making the story interesting.

Abstract
Abstract The emergence of various analyzes that highlight the concept of feminism is a supporting factor for the development of this concept into more diverse variant forms. This can be seen in the review of feminism which is then divided into several branches such as liberal feminism, radicalism, Marxism and others. Although there are various kinds of views on feminism, one of the interesting ones is the concept of Eco-Feminism because it focuses more on the relations that exist between women and their environment so that a sense of "intimacy" can be reflected from this. In this article, it will highlight the existence of a group of ungkrung sejati who have placed the environment around them as an important aspect in meeting the needs of life. The activity of utilizing natural dyes originating from local plants in the production of jumput cloth became the main focus. The position of women as a sub-coordinate of men becomes increasingly eroded by the formation of the independence of those who no longer depend on the life of a husband. Cultural factors such as the general assumption of Javanese people that the nature of women are Masak (Cook), Macak (Dress Up) and Manak (Childbirth) as if no longer valid in the daily lives of the ungkrung sejati group.

Abstract
The increase in total of Indonesia-s start-up business is an impact from the globalization in technology. Therefore, many companies are trying to expand their geographic reach and growth to survive in the competition. It is found that there are many cases that the growth happens through M&A to realize the synergy. However, not all merger and acquisition are success. Financial performance, market performance, stock return, and stock risk can be the measurement whether M&A gives any impacts or not. With those measurements as the variables, paired sample T-Test, wilcoxon-s signed rank test, and F-Test for two variances will be used as the hypothesis testing and will be assess for 3 years, 1 year, 5 days before and after the event. This research finds that M&A only gives difference in the companies- ROE, ROA, total asset turnover both in 3 and 1 year before and after and P/BV in 1 year before and after the event. From those findings, this research recommends the companies to consider the strategy in managing larger base of capital and fix asset before conducting M&A and also consider about DER and DAR that keep on increasing with the decreasing in total asset turnover. And for the investors, P/E and P/BV can be the indicator for the companies- future growth and consideration in investing and for those investors who are risk averse, it is better to invest after the M&A happened since this research finds that the stock risk is tend to be riskier before the M&A.

Abstract
Case finding and diagnosis of extrapulmonary tuberculosis are still difficult to enforce because not all medical care facilities can do it. This is because of the microbiological examination of tissue materials requires invasive action and special equipment. Extrapulmonary tuberculosis diagnosis should be made by observing clinical manifestation, microbiological and/or histopathological examinations of samples taken from infected organs through the biopsy process, but in practice, this is not entirely possible. The purpose of this study is to analyze the histopathological feature and microbiological examination of tissue biopsy to establish the extrapulmonary tuberculosis diagnosis in designing parameters for extrapulmonary tuberculosis diagnostic scoring model. Samples were tissue biopsy from extrapulmonary tuberculosis patients. Histopathological preparations used Hematoxylin Eosin staining while microbiological examination of Acid Fast Bacilli stains by ziehl neelsen method. The results showed that based on the degree of positivity of Acid Fast Bacilli stain most have +1. The histopathological feature were almost entirely granuloma and there was a relationship between the degree of Acid Fast Bacilli positivity and histopathology feature. This study concluded that the histopathological feature was related to the results of microbiological examination so that it can be used as a parameter for extrapulmonary tuberculosis diagnostic scoring model design.

Abstract
At this time the journey using air transportation is one of the choices chosen by many passengers because of the short and comfortable travel time. However, the short travel time and the comfort of the trip are meaningless when passenger safety is not guaranteed. This study aims to examine the impact of safety and timeliness in the use of aviation services on the satisfaction of users of air transportation as well. The results of the study show that social status and travel objectives are one factor in the selection of flight services. Besides that the price remains the main consideration for passengers in the selection of flight services. Passengers with official travel destinations where travel financing is not a personal or passenger responsibility, security and timeliness are the main factors. Likewise for passengers with high social status will prioritize a sense of security and timeliness in addition to price. Meanwhile, a sense of security, timeliness and price are all factors that influence passenger satisfaction in using air travel transportation.

Abstract
The objectives of this study were to determine the range of nutrient content of fishmeal circulating in Jember Regency, East Java, and making a calibration standard that can be used for quickly calculation using NIRS by R2 and RMSECV. This study used 11 fishmeal samples that were taken from around Puger, Jember and around Muncar, Banyuwangi. The parameters were physical analysis included organoleptic tests (color, odor, and texture), density determination without compacting, and chemical analysis of fishmeal samples. It was intended to compare the data from chemical analysis with the FT-NIRS method. The data of chemical analysis were used for calibration stage due to the chemical analysis had been carried out at the beginning before the NIRS analysis. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results of observations indicated that the nutrient content of fishmeal had greatly variation. The CP content presented a quite high ranged between 26.61% to 64.30%. The results of the organoleptic test showed the color was yellowish brown, brown, slightly brown to dark brown. The flavor of fishmeal was generally standard, which was fishy. Some fishmeal samples were moist in texture, such as fishmeal sample from Jember A (22.03%) and Muncar Banyuwangi B (19.65%). The average of fishmeal density was 0.528 g/ml that ranged between 0.341-0.726 g/ml. The measurement of R2 and RMSECV calibration of fishmeal circulating in Jember using NIRS showed good results to predict CF, DM, and EE contents. However, the lower CP value was caused by the non-uniform particle size and the presence of other ingredients in the fishmeal with a sufficiently varied amount. The usage of NIRS technology was recommended for proximate analysis unless ash content due to the absence of spectrum absorption for minerals. The infrared on NIRS vibrates the functional group that was an organic component in the samples.

Abstract
Background: One of the objectives in Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) is the decreasing of maternal mortality rate (MMR). Currently, by the end of MDGs in 2015, MMR in Indonesia is recorded at 359, out of the target that should be decreased to 102. To overcome this problem, in South Sulawesi has established maternity waiting home (shelter) but its utilization is not yet optimal. Method: This is a research to find constraints faced in the utilization of shelter at East Sulawesi. The qualitative study will be designed as a need assessment tool. The methods of data collecting use were FGD and in-depth interview. Research respondents were consisting of provincial policy maker, head of the health department district and midwives from Bulukumba, Bantaeng, and Makasar. Result: The results of the study found that the shelter is a residential house with facilities of beds and household appliances. Rental fees for housing and meals were provided free of charge. All fees are covered by Government insurance for pregnant women using Jampersal scheme. A pregnant woman did not have any activities and without any companion from health personnel when living in a shelter. Besides, pregnant women felt more comfortable living near their family. As a conclusion of the research, there are some limitations in the utilization of shelter such as human resources, cost, the psychological condition, education, and facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to find the effective solution to optimize the use of the shelter.

Isoflavone contained in soy has shown its effect to alter the progression of skin aging, while probiotics have an ability to boost the absorption of nutrient and also have its own ability to maintain the skin tissue. There is limited information about the effect of fermented cow milk and soy milk towards the protein level of epidermal growth factor—which is the important substance in the skin construction—and the morphology of the skin tissue itself. Aims: Measuring the effect of consumption of different formulation of fermented soymilk and cow milk on EGF protein levels and properties of skin histology in rat. Methods: This research is conducted by quantitative analytical methods using animal experiment. The rat was given fermented soymilk and cow milk with four different formulas. Skin samples are taken to undergo Western Blot procedure to determine protein level of EGF and skin histology analysis to compare epidermal thickness. Results: This study shows that formulation of milk fermented by Bifidobacterium bifidum has the best potential to enhance the protein level of Epidermal Growth Factor, while the addition of soy enhance the ability of fermented milk to raise the protein level of EGF. The result is also supported by the difference in epidermal thickness shown in skin histology samples and stool appearances. Conclusions: Milk fermented by Bifidobacterium bifidum has the greatest ability to maintain the regeneration of skin tissue and prevent the skin aging process. Compared to conventional fermented milk, the composition of soymilk would enhance this positive effect of fermented milk to the skin.

Abstract
Aging leads to the progression of degenerative diseases. Degenerative disease is not curable in some extent but mostly preventable. Nutmeg has shown its effect to prevent sarcopenia-one of degenerative disease-by altering the process of autophagy thus increasing muscle mass. However, there is limited information about the effect of nutmeg on the process of autophagy in the brain especially cerebrum. Measuring the effect of nutmeg consumption on p62 and LC3 expression-which is the important biomarker of autophagy-in cerebrum is the objective of this research. This research is conducted by quantitative analytical methods using animal experiment. The rat was given nutmeg extract per oral. RNA are extracted from cerebrum samples to undergo PCR and Electrophoresis procedure to determine the level of p62 and LC3 gene expression in regards to the process of autophagy.

Abstract
Background: Obesity and its comorbidities are major health problems throughout the world, which continue to increase. “Fat mass and obesity-associated” (FTO) gene is the strongest genetic predictor of body weight, which alters the regulation of IRX3 and IRX5 homeobox gene expression, affecting the mitochondrial fat metabolism. It is hoped that nutrigenomic findings can answer the urgent need to develop more effective anti-obesity strategies, especially in solving various individual responses to treatment variability. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of lifestyle modification on weight loss in patients with FTO gene polymorphisms. Methods: Literature searching was performed on Pubmed, Science Direct, and Cochrane according to the clinical query. Screening on title, abstract, and full-text was based on eligibility criteria (systematic review or meta-analysis of clinical trials, suitability with the clinical question, English language, full-text availability, and human studies), followed by duplication filter and critical appraisal. Results: A meta-analysis article was obtained with FTO AA genotype results, having significantly greater weight loss compared to TT genotypes with weighted mean difference -0,44 kg (95% CI: 0,09 to 0,79; P=0,015). Conclusion: Individuals carrying homozygous FTO obesity predisposition can lose more weight through lifestyle modification than non-carriers, but these differences might be too small to be clinically important. A further consideration is needed to determine the benefit of FTO gene testing over the cost. In carriers of the TT genotype, more aggressive anti-obesity treatment is needed.

Abstract
Air pollution has been a serious problem in recent years. Air pollutants consist of gaseous pollutants, odours, and suspended particulate matter (SPM) such as dust, fumes, mist, and smoke. SPM has the potential to cause environmental and health problems. With the aim to anticipate the impact, SPM prediction from time to time is needed. In this research, we compared four models for predicting the SPM data. The two linear models selected were ARIMA and wavelet whereas the two nonlinear models were neural networks based models, i.e. General Regression Neural Network (GRNN) and Cascade Forward Neural Network (CFNN). All four models are built with the same input, which were the past data at the same lagged time based on the best ARIMA model. By using lagged time data as input, the goal is to predict the current of SPM data. Model accuracy is measured based on MSE values, both in training and testing data. Data processing has provided interesting results that show the superiority of nonlinear models over linear models, especially in the training data.

Abstract
Plastic waste in Indonesia has become global issues, where Indonesia itself has been stated as the second plastic waste polluter in the world. Semarang City, as one of the major cities in Indonesia, is facing plastic waste problems. Reverse logistic network for plastic waste recycling seems to be used as alternative method to reduce the emissions of plastic waste recycling. In this study, the reverse logistic network of plastic waste is evaluated based on the estimation of greenhouse gases (CO2, CH4 and N2O) generated from recycling activities. The results showed that the largest GHG emissions came from plastic waste grinder (intermediates) for about 0.513 Tonne CO2eq/day. According to the calculations, the optimal number of recycling businesses is 224 units of scrap dealers, 358 units of small scale entreprises, 23 units of large scale entreprises, and 18 units of grinders. Total greenhouse gases produced from the 623 recycle business units are 0.932 Tonne CO2eq / day. Optimization of existing reverse logistics scenarios is needed to evaluate greenhouse gas emissions before and after optimization.

Abstract
The body fat content if can be predicted high or low, can be used as a reference to see the level of health. The higher the fat content, the greater the risk of various diseases. In this paper will propose modeling fat content that depends on 13 input variable are age, weight, height, neck, chest, abdomen, hip, thigh, knee, ankle, biceps, forearm, and wrist, The problem faced in this model is that between variables are correlated (multicollinearity). The objective of this paper is determine a fit model for predicted body fat percentage estimates. To overcome these problems applied method of principal component regression (PCR) and partial least square regression (PLSR). By applying the akaike-s information criterion (AIC), mean square error (MSE) and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE), the PLSR model was the method of choice for modeling body fat percentage estimates.

Abstract
Subgrade is part a road pavement structure designed to accept vehicle loads on it. Therefore must have an optimal carrying capacity and be able to accept the load due to traffic without experiencing significant changes or damages. The increase of heavy vehicle passing the main road cause damage on the pavement surface, such as rutting. For this reason, soil improvement is needed in order to obtain a stable subgrade to increase the performance of the pavement structure. The effort of stabilizing the subgrade soil of expansive clay has been conducted by various stabilizer, such as limestone, cement-fly ash, pozzoland material and others. One of stabilizer materials that can be used as an additive material is phosphoric acid, meanwhile other alternative material for phosphoric acid mixture is coconut shell ash. Soil sample is taken from Gedebage region and the test result on the soil is categorized as expansive soil category. In a soil stabilization with the mixture of 8% coconut shell ash + 10.5% phosphoric acid within 0 day of caring period can increase the carrying capacity of the soil and reduce damage due to fatigue cracking and grooves (rutting) which can improve the performance of flexible pavement structures.
