Abstract
Abstract - Device Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) is an imagery tool that produces cross-sectional imagery of a distribution object based on its conductivity or resistivity. Conductivity can be obtained by using electric voltage distribution data. In order for the electric voltage distribution data to be obtained, a current source with a stable value and a frequency determined to flow through the electrode circuit. The current source used on this device will produce a current value of 1mA with a frequency of 50kHz. This series of current sources is designed by using the Digital to Analog Converter (DAC) feature of the microcontroller system as an input signal generator which is then converted into a current source in the Voltage Control Current Source (VCCS) circuit. The generated current will be injected into a series of electrodes composed of 32 metal plates arranged in a circle in a container. The metal used must have good conductivity so that it can flow the current well.

Abstract
Conservation forest area has the highest protection function of other forest areas and is a buffer zone of life. However, at present the condition is that many have experienced damage, extensive reduction, or fought over by various parties who wish to utilize the area for other purposes. One of the strategies and efforts made by the Government is through the spatial distribution approach, which is known as the zoning or block concept. In this regard, this study conducted an analysis of forest planning from the Mount Tunggangan Wildlife Reserve (MTWR) in the Sragen Regency, Central Java Province. Despite its status as a conservation forest area, the MTWR is inseparable from threats and pressures. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the classification of ecological sensitivity and ecological pressure on MTWR forest areas for the determination of the area blocks. In this study using the method of spatial analysis with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with a tiered quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the MTWR forest area is divided into three management blocks, namely protection blocks (74,68 ha), utilization blocks (27,73 ha) and special blocks 0,07).

Abstract
Breadfruit plant (Artocarpus altilis [Park.] Fosberg) is one species of Moraceae family that is very important as a source of food material. The fruit contains many nutrients that are important for energy sources and health. The propagation technique is only conducted vegetatively because the fruit did not produce seeds. This conservation effort of this species has been carried out by planting breadfruit clones from 14 distribution populations in Indonesia, namely Sleman, Gunungkidul, Cilacap, Banyuwangi, Madura, Sukabumi, Banten, Bali, Mataram, Lampung, Bone, Malino, Sorong and Manokwari. The development of propagation technique needs to be conducted for commercial planting stock production of those clones which is easy to be implemented, does not require high input costs and it is able to produce adequate numbers of planting stocks. Propagation techniques that can be conducted are root cuttings, shoot cuttings and stem cuttings. The average success rate of each technique is 80%, 90% and 80%. The application of these three techniques simultaneously is very efficient and effective to increase the production of breadfruit planting stocks.

Abstract
Examining the Activated Partial Thromboplastin (APTT) and Plasma Protrombin Time (PPT) is sort series of examining homeostasis which is conducted in order to have screening test for homeostasis disorder. This examination used plasma sample in which there where solidification factors which could be influenced by thrombocyte existence. The centrifuging of citrate blood sample which was conducted too fast or too slow would cause plasma condition with the number of thrombocyte. Practical in some laboratories were not yet been uniformed, mainly in centrifuging of citrate blood to obtain citrate plasma with less thrombocyte contents. To identify the value of Kappa by compatibility test between two methods PRP and PPP to examine PPT and APTT. This experiment is true experiment with post test research design without control. Citrate plasma sample was obtained from 10 sample of students- blood which had one pair, 2 treatments; by centrifuging 3000 rpm for 10 minutes for PPP and centrifuging 1000 rpm for 10 minutes for PRP. Then, both methods (PPP and PRP) were examined by using PPT and APTT parameter. In the result of PPT examination in the sample of PRP plasma, the average value was 11.6 seconds. In the sample of PPP, the average value was 11.0 seconds. The result of APTT examination in PRP sample, the average value was 34.27 seconds while in PPP sample was 33.18 seconds. There were compatibility in the result, either PPP method and PRP for PPT and APTT examination (Kappa = 1).

The Health Polytechnic has implemented a Disaster Management Course since 2012. But the study material has not yet integrated local wisdom material. Even though natural disasters are closely related to the state of peoples cultural wisdom. Education has become one of the effective means to reduce disaster risk, especially in disaster prone areas. Then it is necessary to do research on the learning model of local wisdom oriented disaster mitigation in the Health Polytechnic The design of this study is the research and development of local wisdom-based disaster mitigation learning models. The research subjects were all lecturers, students and traditional leaders located in the Padang Health Polytechnic and Banjarmasin Health Polytechnic. The study was conducted with 3 stages of identification, development and assessment. Local wisdom-based disaster mitigation learning process uses modules. Data collection uses primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by paired t test and Independent t test. The research shows the identification of the profile of students who take part in the process of learning disaster mitigation, it can be seen that the sex of students is generally female. Respondents interest in disaster management subjects was good enough by using learning media both theory and practice. The ability of lecturers in disaster management courses is good. However, the subject of disaster management courses has not included local wisdom material. After learning about disaster mitigation based on local wisdom, there is an increase in knowledge, attitudes and disaster response actions. Disaster mitigation learning in the treatment group shows high motivation and curiosity in local wisdom material. In the non-treatment group, the students motivation was low and less active in learning. This means that local wisdom-based disaster mitigation learning is quite effective in increasing students knowledge, attitudes and actions. It should be encouraged to learn about understanding preparedness to act when disasters come and endanger the community. Information about disaster including its mitigation needs to be added to the content of local wisdom material on disaster and lecturers with sociology qualifications
