Abstract
This re-design of physics learning chapter optical instruments for senior high school level is designed based on the analysis of students responses to the competency domain of scientific literacy, the aspects of this domain are explaining scientific phenomena (K1), evaluating and designing scientific research (K2) and interpreting data and scientific evidence (K3). The results of the study from the samples showed indications of difficulties in the domain of competence in aspects K2 and K3 so that competency could not be achieved properly. The Marzano-s Learning Dimension (MLD) can build positive attitudes and perspectives both in the formation, refinement, and application of knowledge to produce Habits of Mind (productive thinking habits). In order for better learning interaction process, students need to be given sufficient knowledge through the use of reading infusion strategies. In order to practice scientific literacy competencies, it is necessary to build an investigation through contextual experimental activities, therefore in this optical instrument chapter, several experiments are built which are about determining the strength of eyeglass lenses, making simple projectors and making simple microscope designs.

Abstract
Being a part of smart grid, smart meter is a device that is widely used nowadays because it is expected to improve the efficiency of the current electricity network by using advanced digital information and communication technology. One of the advantages of using smart meter is it can simplify the billing process. However, because the smart meter system must be connected to intranet and extranet networks, it becomes vulnerable to several security and privacy threats. One of the major concerns is pricing cyber-attack, which happens when energy consumption data becomes the target of an attack because this can affect the amount of billing that must be paid by costumers. There are already several studies that discussed about securing smart grid system using various methods but those are still computationally complex and only implemented on time-based type smart meters. The aim of this paper is to present a preliminary research of securing an event-based smart meter system from pricing cyber-attack.

Abstract
Along with the increasing use of computers, business activities and data storage have also begun to be transferred, from the initial use of document files, now changed to computing activities and digital data stored on the computer. The increasing importance of the computer certainly raises its own challenges and risks. One of the risks and challenges is the security of the computer system and network. Various ways have been done to improve computer network security, one of which is using the Intrusion Detection System (IDS). IDS is one of the security management that is able to detect attacks on a computer network in real-time, for example Denial of Service (DoS) attacks. To maximize the IDS detection function that is able to detect unknown attacks, a data mining approach is used to create an IDS that uses anomaly based detection techniques. In this study, a sequential pattern mining technique, the CM-SPADE algorithm, is used to generate IDS rules that can detect DoS attacks. Modeling and rules are made by applying the CM-SPADE algorithm to the KDD Cup 1999 data set. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of the CM-SPADE algorithm is able to produce IDS rules that can detect DoS attacks with an accuracy rate of 97.976%.

Abstract
The role of monitoring Board of Commissioners is critical in the mechanism of internal corporate governance, especially within inclined family-owned shares of emerging markets. One of such monitoring activities is the supervision of financial statement presentation. The success in monitoring role may be presented by the low earnings management performed by company executives. It is suggested that, the more effective the monitoring role is, the better firm value will be. This study aims to determine the effect of monitoring role of Board of Commissioners on firm value, and to examine whether family control can moderate the effect of monitoring role on firm value. Our population consists of non-financial service companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018. We employed purposive sampling and conducted 356 observations. We tested the data using moderated regression analysis. The results show that monitoring role cannot affect firm value. Likewise, family control cannot moderate the influence of monitoring role on firm value. These two notions provide evidence that the role of monitoring cannot operate well within companies in emerging markets whose shareholders are dominated by family.

Abstract
Over the past few centuries, Scientists have focused on drug development from herbal medicines or botanical sources, an important group of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) therapy. Pharmaceutical potential of the culinary herbs, Centella asiatica, Ocimum basilcum, Cymbopogan citratus, Allium Cepa L and Mentha spicata were assessed by studying their antioxidant / cytotoxic / anti-angiogenic and antithrombotic properties. Free radical scavenging potential exihibited by the tested plant extracts is related to mechanisms of cytotoxicity, angiogenesis and thrombo-embolism. Antithrombotic activity testing demonstrated the inhibitory potential of the extracts to thrombin assay and thrombin-induced clotting time assay. Antiplatelet activity as determined by the platelet aggregation assay measured the ability of the tested plant extracts for the inhibition of platelet aggregation in platelet rich plasma of (PRP). Cytotoxicity index (CI)determined by performing the MTT assay revealed that there was a significant inhibition of percentage cell viability of HL60 cell lines treated with the plant extracts. The CI was found to increase with increasing dose tested in the plant extracts. The morphology of the HL60 cells treated with Ocimum basilica, Mentha spicata extracts at high concentrations (200, 100 µg/ml) indicated cell shrinkage and clumping, signs of apoptosis and inhibited cell growth. Ex vivo rat aortic assay were performed to evaluate the anti-angiogenic activity by determined the inhibitory effect on micro-vessel sprouting of the rat aortic ring. Hence the investigated plant extracts were able to suppress angiogenesis by markedly inhibiting the vessel growth sprouting from the rat aortic explants. Mentha spicata extract were found to inhibit the HUVEC cell growth stating the possible antiangio genic mechanism by the mode of inhibition of epithelial cell growth. The results clearly indicates the possibility of the plant extracts investigated, for further development to chemotherapeutic / anti-angiogenic and anti-thrombotic agents and warrants further studies in future.

Abstract
Construction projects are large-scale works that are mostly done in open areas. This large and open activity has the potential to produce waste and carbon footprint. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to find out the causes, impact analysis, and possible mitigation of waste and carbon footprint in construction project. Survey and in-depth interview to construction project become research method. The results showed that the causes of waste were dominated by worker factors. While the main causes of waste in the design phase are client requests, DED changes and complexity, and design errors. Meanwhile, carbon footprint occurs because it does not use renewable energy and environmentally friendly materials. The impact of indirect waste is 8.93% of the total workers budget while direct waste is 5.64% of the material budget which is at the contractors tolerance threshold of 3-6%. Carbon footprint in the production phase still dominates the contribution to the amount of carbon footprint produced when compared to the transportation, fabrication and installation phases.

Abstract
The 4.0 industrial revolution in all fields encouraged the construction industry to make technological-based innovations. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is one of the tools in advancing construction technology today. On the other hand, supply chain construction continues to grow and becomes important in project management. This study aims to identify the potential use of BIM in construction supply chain management. Preliminary studies on several projects in Indonesia were carried out as identification methods. The Delphi process was used to obtain the data described in the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT) analysis. As a result, BIM has the potential to be applied to the construction SCM with several considerations. There are 5 trends in strength, 4 trends in weakness, 5 trends in opportunity, and 3 trends in threat. Trends in strength and opportunity are used as indicators in the analysis of impacts. BIM as advanced technology is the highest indicator and the lowest trust between stakeholders in the application of BIM in the construction supply chain. In addition, harmonization between BIM actors is needed: the Ministry of Public Works, contractors, suppliers and academics in the supply chain.

Abstract
As the center of human activity, a city needs supporting infrastructures. One of the essential city infrastructures is the road to provide transportation and mobilities within the city. A motor vehicle is one of the famous transportation modes in the city. In a developing country like Indonesia, motor vehicles such as private passenger cars and motorbikes are still becoming the primary selection of transportation modes. The number of car and motorbike are always growing every year, especially in metropolitan cities such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, and Semarang. This circumstance will have an impact on environmental condition like degradation in air quality, escalation in air surface temperature, and health issues. Carbon emission from fossil fuel combustion will increase the concentration of greenhouse gasses in the atmosphere. In more extended time, it will contribute to global warming and changes in urban climatic condition. This study is being conducted to show the open green space distribution and to the carbon sequestration capability, especially towards the carbon emission from motor vehicles. This study uses Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI), and Atmospherically Resistant Vegetation Index (ARVI) generated from Landsat OLI-TIRS and Sentinel-2 imageries to map open green space distribution. Tree stand parameters like diameter breast height (DBH) and tree height collected from field observation are being utilized in the allometric equation to extract biomass and carbon stock information. The results from this study are expected to describe the condition of open green space and its capability to sequestrate carbon from the motor vehicle in Semarang.

Abstract
The main problem in the process of utilizing sharks to smoke fish is the washing stage. The high content of Urea, fat, water soluble protein, pigment and trimethylamine oxide (TMAO) in shark meat causes unpleasant odor and its appearance is not preferred because of changes in the color of the meat which tends to become darker during storage, has a fishy odor and a relative free fatty acid content greater so that it stimulates oxidation reactions. The research aims to determine the effect of soaking ozone solution in improving the quality and shelf life of smoked sharks. The method used was a complete factorial randomized design with ozone solution immersion (control; 5; 10; 15; 20; 25 minutes) and shelf life of smoked fish products (0; 2; 4; 6 days) repeated 3 times. The statistical analysis used the analysis of variance with the F test and the further difference statistical test of an organoleptic quality with hedonic test included color, aroma, flavor and odor, total bacteria (TPC) and urea content. The results of 15 minutes ozone immersion process can improve the organoleptic properties of smoked sharks including no ammonia odor, savory taste, bright brown color, Urea content (1.93 mg / Gram), total bacterial number 1.7. 102. Shelf life of smoked sharks at room temperature reaches 4 days.

Abstract
Land and forest fire in Indonesia has been the annual environmental crisis for the several last decades. The Gunung Merbabu National Park is one of the areas with the most land and forest fire event. The event usually occurred during dry months. On October 2018, the Gunung Merbabu National Park lost 400 hectares of forest area due to the fire events. This fire event caused by both natural and un-natural factor from the burning activities. The fire event will endanger natural biodiversities, damage the animal habitat, and change the environment and ecosystem condition. This study aims to identify the prone area for land and forest fire in the Gunung Merbabu National Park. This study used Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), and Normalized Burn Ratio (NBR) extracted from Sentinel-2A imageries to classify the land-use/land-cover and to detect the burned area in the Gunung Merbabu National Park. The prone area analysis will also consider the accessibility distance from the center of the community activity in surrounding areas

Abstract
Acclimatization is a critical point for the success of tissue culture propagation. In this phase, in addition to maintaining the condition of the growing environment, accuracy of media composition is required. This study aims to determine the growth response of the Vanda orchid plantlet (Vanda sanderiana) acclimatization phase to the dose of guano and mycorrhizal fertilizers. The design used in this study was a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 2 factors. The first factor is the dose of guano fertilizer (without guano, 4g/plant and 8 g/plant), the second factor is mycorrhizal dose (without mycorrhizal, 10 g/plant and 20 g/plant). Growth observation variables include number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width and life percentage. The experimental results were analyzed using Analysis of Variace and followed by 1% BNJ test. The results showed that the interaction of the two treatment factors did not significantly affect all parameters. Conclusions guano and mycorrhizal fertilizers are not needed in the acclimatization phase of the Vanda orchid plantlet.

Abstract
One of factual condition is when observing changes in the attitude of nationalism that occurs in society. The role of nationalism and empathy has been examined from various research studies and representing a variety of perspectives. This study was conducted on 43 individuals who are at the stage of emerging adulthood age. This study uses two measuring instruments, heroism measurement tools, one of which is nationalism (Hastuti & Budiarto, 2015). Next, the empathy measurement tool was adapted from The Interpersonal Reactivity Index on the Emphatic Concern Scale dimension (Davis, 1980). The results of the analysis using the Spearman correlation, prove that there is a positive correlation between nationalism and empathy variables with a correlation score r = 0.491, p = 0.01 <0.05. That is, the higher nationalism in individuals shows the higher empathy in individuals. Empirical findings from this study that nationalism and empathy of the participants are classified as high.
