Abstract
The increasing of restaurant numbers every year has affected the intensity of competition in the restaurant industry. In order to be stand out among competitors, the good perceived image of the restaurant is needed and could be maintained by positive word of mouth spread in the community. The present study examines if employee behavior comprising of personal and functional service aspects in casual dining restaurant has an impact on word of mouth intention. The proposed conceptual model includes a full mediation of customer satisfaction. Using a survey approach, the questionnaire was distributed to 198 respondents of age 17 years and above which were already been to one of the particular casual dining restaurants in Jakarta. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Based on the results of the study, both personal and functional aspects can significantly predict customer satisfaction, although the functional aspects have contributed more significantly than the personal aspects. In addition, the result revealed that customer satisfaction will eventually affect word of mouth positively. It was also found that the uniqueness of the restaurant theme, atmosphere, and variety of menu choices are the factors that affect the tendency of someone to recommend the restaurant to friends or colleagues. Some implications were suggested to foodservice managers include providing a training program for restaurants employees to improve both of their personal and functional services aspects. Limitation and future research directions are also discussed.

Abstract
Thermomagnetic analysis is a study of how a material react to the change in temperature. The analysis is conducted by either cooling or heating the material and observing the change of magnetic moment. Through this observation, the Curie Temperature of a material can be obtained. This Curie Temperature is used to estimate the magnetic minerals contained in samples e.g. rocks, sediments, soils. This paper introduces THERMITS, a novel MATLAB program for analyzing the thermomagnetic data acquired. There are several approaches used in this program. The first approach is by plotting magnetic moment (M) against temperature (T). For some data, the Curie Temperature can directly be perceived by observing this plot alone. However, other data need to be processed further in order to obtain its Curie Temperature. The data are processed through the other approaches, which are by plotting the first derivative and the second derivative of M against T. After determining the Curie Temperature through analyzing the trends of the graphs, mineral types can be estimated. We also provide plotting the difference between M of heating and cooling (ΔM) and its first and second derivative against T that might be useful for further analysis.

Abstract
Abstract Regional expansion could be a strength to improve the performance of local governments and subsequently should have a positive impact, such as improving the welfare of the local community. In addition, regional expansion also aims to make governments at regional level to be more focused on escalating potential sectors in their regions. Secondary data used came from the Central Bureau of Regional Statistics on GRDP in 2010-2017. This study analyzes the repositioning of the GRDP contributing sector before and after expansion between two regency regions, one parental Regency and one area that is separated from its parental. Repositioned sectors show the influence of an area in terms of its wealth of the resources as basis sector. The research method uses Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift Share analysis to identify the position of GRDP contributing sectors in each regions. Results of this study show that before and after expansion agricultural sector has declined in the contribution of GRDP. But after the expansion, the sectors with the best economic performance are the construction, administration and trade & repair sectors.

Abstract
Up to recently, it has been difficult to calculate the multiplet energies of compounds using one-electron approach. Since it only considers one electron and one nuclei, the interaction among the electrons are neglected. Previously we have successfully estimated the 2E and 4T2 levels of ruby at 0 pressure using one-electron approach based on Ohnisi-s method. We also compare the result with those calculated by many-electron approach. The one-electron approach carried out in this work is a first-principles Discrete Variational-Xα (DV-Xα) calculation. In this work, we want to perform similar study not only at 0 pressure but up to 110 GPa. We estimated the lattice relaxation effect due to the Cr3+ substitution and due to the applied pressure by using two different methods i.e., Shannon-s crystal radii and geometry optimizations. Two different types of model cluster consisting of 7 and 63 atoms will be used. The 4T2 level is simply estimated by the crystal field splitting (10Dq). Whereas the 2E level is estimated by the barycenter of t2g3 configuration.

Abstract
Considering our lives, novel energy production is so required, and many scientists have been investigated this problem from a lot of views. One of the ways for the new energy productions is the solar power thermochemical production by an oxidation-reduction reaction of the ceramics CeO₂ (ceria). In this research, the ceria is used for obtaining an H₂ gas in vapor reaction in high-temperature thermal equipment which has a heat production system consisting by focused sun light. Nowadays technology has been also developed to keep a human living, not to harm the Earth environment. From these points, it is realized that how the H₂ gas is important for our lives, so we are trying to improve the thermochemical H₂ gas production by means of a ceria as a catalyst. Our purpose in this study is, to point out what effects occur in doped ceria-s thermal reduction (TR) reaction by using DV-Xα method. Comparing the models between the pure ceria and the Mn doped ceria, we have realized the difference by the reaction. In this appearance, one of the considerations is a view from p-DOSs (partial-Density of States), in which there are different O-2p DOSs by different crystal structures. From this view, we considered that the ceria structure would become more stable and more flexible to cut the Ce-O bonding to keep the stable cyclic thermal reaction in Mn doped ceria.

Abstract
Nowdays, small and medium enterprises continue to grow in Indonesia, contributing more than one fifth of Indonesias Gross Domestic Product, making this segment very potential to continue to be developed. Domestic and foreign banks see this small and medium business segment as a promising segment, making the majority of banks in Indonesia compete in lending to this segment. However, amid a promising prospect, this segment also has its own challenges, where the national-s ratio of non-performing loans in this segment exceeds the ratio of non-performing loans of all loans disbursed. This study aims to assess the reliability of the Altman Z-Score and Ohlson O-Score methods as bankruptcy predictor in Small Medium Enterprise segment in Indonesia and the reliability of the companys financial statements in the Small Medium Enterprise segment in reflecting the companys real conditions as input data to analyze the possibility of the company going bankrupt. This research uses financial report data from companies that are debtors in the Small Medium Enterprise segment at Bank Mandiri. The results showed that the Z-Score calculation was able to predict bankruptcy with an accuracy of 51.8%, 37.4%, 36.3%, and 11.4% for one, two, three and four years before bankruptcy while Ohlson O-Score giving better accuracy results of 73.6%, 43.2%, and 58.5% for one, two and three years before bankruptcy. Based on these results and interviews with internal parties of the Bank it can be concluded that financial statements for Small Medium Enterprise segment companies in general have not been reliable enough to reflect the companys condition in real.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of talent management and motivation on the performance of batik artisans in Trusmi Batik Centre Cirebon. In the era of globalization where environmental conditions change rapidly and competition is high, the existence of machinery, capital, and other supporting facilities do not directly bring the organization to have a competitive advantage. Strong organizational excellence in the long term will be realized if the organization is able to produce the needed talent. Talent is a distinguishing factor in performance, meaning that people who have superior talent will contribute more to the organization. Therefore these talents must be managed properly so that the organization or company becomes an organization that has sustainable development and distinctive competence. The batik industry, especially handmade (written) batik, in the Trusmi Batik Center Cirebon is a very high value cultural property and needs to be preserved, especially after Indonesian batik is designated as a world heritage. The existence of handmade batik is very influenced by the craftsmen who are talented people in their fields. Therefore these talents must be managed because successful organization depends on their ability to steadily develop the talents without stopping. Managing the best people in the company is the key to winning competition in the future, because the real warfare will be on the quality of the talents from one organization to another organization. It will be started with identifying the existing problems in the Trusmi Batik Center. The method used is a library study and collecting secondary data through field surveys using interview techniques, and use 72 respondence. The results of the study which are in the form of data on the influence of talent management on motivation and its implications to the performance are expected to be an input for the development of Trusmi Batik especially related to the application of management. This research use the quantitative method by conducting a survey using questionnaires to decision makers in Batik Trusmi. The survey research data are processed using path analysis to elaborate the research hypothesis.

Abstract
Strict business competition in the courier service industry in Indonesia, makes courier service companies increasingly need to improve their services to consumers in order to create satisfaction and also create a close relationship with consumers. Previous studies have shown that the formation of relationships between consumers and brands provides many benefits for companies such as the emergence of competitive advantages, brand loyalty, positive word of mouth, word of mouth advocacy, consumer retention and consumer resistance to other brands. This study examines how consumer-brand relationship (CBR) can be formed by increasing perceived brand experience of consumer. This research used cross-sectional survey explanatory method and using structural equation modelling approach to test the hypothesis. A questionnaire was sent to 200 courier service consumers in West Java. Result indicate that brand experience is a good predictor of consumer-brand relationship especially to brand-self distance variable.

Abstract
There have been many studies evaluating patient satisfaction with pharmacy services in Indonesia. However, the results remain unclear and vary. Therefore, we conduct a systematic review to observe levels of satisfaction on pharmacy service and factors associated with patient satisfaction in community settings in Indonesia. We used Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, and Neliti as main databases. The date of the last search was May 2019. Inclusion criteria used in this study as follows: (1) original study, (2) measure patient satisfaction on pharmacy service, (3) settings in community pharmacies or community health centers, (4) published in journals or proceeding, and (5) online full text available. We used keyword both in Bahasa and in English in each database. Of the 9,617 studies retrieved through Google Scholar search (9560 studies), Portal Garuda (19 studies), and Neliti (38 studies), 34 records were excluded because of duplication. Of the 44 studies included in the full text review, 38 studies met the eligibility criteria and were included in qualitative synthesis. The most frequently used instrument has been SERVQUAL questionnaire (68.42%), covering 5 dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. Twenty-four studies showed that patients were satisfied with pharmacy service. Only 4 studies showed that patients were not satisfied, mostly took place in primary health centers. Factors which showed a significant relationship with satisfaction were pharmacy appearance, drug information service, availability and variety of drugs, speed of service, age, education, employment status, quality of service, and price of drugs. Interestingly, 4 studies pointed that the implementation of pharmaceutical care showed no significant relationship with patient satisfaction. This study suggested pharmacists should promote their existence through delivering more pharmaceutical care to the patients.

Abstract
This research describes how the application of the metaphoric concept in stool design with narrative approach method. The study is based on the results of the work of UNIKOM students in the furniture class in 2016. The research took place for 4 months. Starting from the pre-elementary design stage to the prototype design. The problem of this research is how the work stages of the students using the narrative approach method to create a stool through the concept of metaphor and what factors can create the form according to the narration. This research using literature study and obsevation methods. The stool design process are narrative creation stages that serves as the basic idea of design, elaboration of narration, translation of narrative elements in stool design with metaphoric forms, working drawings and prototype designs, followed by feedback from users. The research results show that with the concept of metaphor, students can create unexpected forms and the design process become more focused on form problems. Narrative element factors can be the determinants of the creation of forms such as character figures, timing, story content, and supporting properties. The concept of metaphor is a tool in the process of creation that translates narratives into the idea of stool design forms.

Abstract
The research objectives are to find out the influence on tuition fees change affect the total of new student applicants at a university. This research use quantitative method with the total of student applicants and the total of tuition fees since 2016/2017 academic year to 2018/2019 academic year on informatics engineering study program. The analysis is done by using elasticity formula. The research result shows that student applicants who applied to informatics engineering program are very sensitive towards tuition fees, which means increasing the tuition fees would reduce the number of students applicants higher precentation compare the increasing price. On the other hand, when the tuition fees is decrease lower from the previous year causes an bigger percentation increase in the total of new applicant students. The Rector of private university needs to be vigilant before deciding to rise the tuition fees.
