Abstract
Education has become one of the top promising industries, with the high rapid growth of new educational institutions everywhere, consumers have various choices of schools to suit their needs. The least competitive schools will soon vanish from the competitions. To be competitive, the schools are changing strategies to adapt to what consumers (parents and children) need. The trend has changed for schools turning into firms and treating consumers as kings. This trend has gone worse lately, with the increasing number of charges and assaults addressed to school teachers, staff and management lately, especially in Indonesia. The teachers, school staff and management are feeling unsafe and dissatisfied by this fact. This paper addresses this issue by analysing this consumer behaviour based on their income level and educational background mediated by product knowledge using a mixed method methodology, surveys and interviews are conducted to be able to obtain reliable results. The result shows that the consumer behaviour is positively related to the income level and educational background. This research is very useful for the schools to analyse the consumer behavior and prevent any future problems and increase school performance. Future research must be done to address this in other type of industry.

Abstract
The Indonesian government plans to change the Transjakarta bus into an electric bus. Therefore, we analyze the energy consumption of rear-drive electric buses with regenerative braking to estimate the specifications of the electric motor and the batteries needed for one cycle of driving. BYD C6 and ITB electric buses will be compared using the driving cycle in the Transjakarta corridor 1 (Kota—Blok M). Transjakarta corridor 1 driving cycle data is collected several times to get varied driving cycles. The electric bus energy consumption model was created using Matlab/Simulink. The simulation is conducted by using the data bus specifications of BYD C6 and ITB. The results show that BYD C6 electric buses have more SOC battery remaining in one cycle of driving due to a larger amount of battery charge. However, ITB electric bus can recover more energy from the regenerative braking system due to the larger motor specifications.

Abstract
The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has almost been felt at this time. The era was marked by the use of digital technology that encouraged automation and data exchange in manufacturing technology. This era often raises concerns for many parties about human work that will be replaced by the latest technology. Even so, when more and more new digital-based businesses are emerging that are opening up new jobs, this new digital-based business is often referred to as Startup. Startup is a term or term for entrepreneurs who are starting a business in the digital field. In starting a digital business, you must have the ability in the IT field. There are many services offered, such as website creation, software, mobile applications, and others. Startup prioritizes interesting and creative content so that people are interested. To get started, startups need to think about strategies. The strategy itself is in the form of an action plan to achieve the desired goals, and it is suggested that these objectives must be measured properly. For example: through a digital marketing campaign that runs for 2 months, startups want to produce a trial trial increase of products by 15%. But the strategy will also depend on the scale of the business. At the startup level, having focused and simple goals is highly recommended. Even in the implementation of the pioneering Start-up, now it must be more responsive to users or consumers. This is referred to as User Experience. User experience is the attitude, behavior and emotions of users when using a product, system or service. This experience involves individual perceptions related to perceived benefits, the convenience obtained. User experience is very dynamic, over time the user perceived perceptions can change with changing environments, habits and values.

Abstract
STEAM education (science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics) is currently being studied by experts and in Indonesia, STEAM for early childhood begins to be studied. STEAM makes it easy for children to carry out various scientific processes (Colker and Simon, 2014). For children, the scientific process is a natural process (DeJarnette, 2018) that can increase childrens learning involvement and encourage creative and innovative thinking (Robelen (2011). This study aims to: 1) analyze the content learning used in kindergarten based on the STEAM education, and 2) identifying learning activities through strategies used by kindergarten teachers based on STEAM learning. This descriptive study was conducted in Medan City involving 50 kindergarten teachers. Data was collected using a questionnaire followed by focus group discussion (FGD). Data were analyzed by descriptive techniques and qualitative analysis, namely by linking data obtained from the FGD. The results of the analysis show that 1) the learning content used in kindergarten has not met the principles and characteristics of STEAM education because the material used is still separated, and 2) almost all the learning activities seen from the strategies used by kindergarten teachers are not yet in accordance with the principles and the characteristics of STEAM education. The results of this study need to be followed up to find out the factors that caused STEAM learning to be implemented in kindergarten.

Abstract
Caspase-8 and TNFα are cellular molecules that play a role in apoptosis through the death receptor pathway. In connection with the study of toxification of formalin-containing foodfoodstuff and its detoxification using chlorophyllin, our research has previously proven that chlorophyllin supplementation was able to reduce the activation of Caspase-8 and the expression of TNFα which increases due to repeated exposure to formalin-containing foodstuffs. However, information about how significant the two molecules affect the initiation of apoptosis through the flow of caspase activation in the context of this toxicity is not clearly known. This study aims to determine the ratios of Caspase-8 and TNFα of liver cells of mice that experienced toxification of formalin and detoxification of chlorophyllin. Caspase-8 and TNFα of liver cells of mice that underwent the toxic-detoxification treatment were determined through immunohistochemical techniques. The ratio data of the two moleculs was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results showed that the Caspase-8 and TNFα ratios varied with the toxicity-detoxification treatment, with a total ratio of 1.01.

Abstract
An abstract is a brief summary of a research article, thesis, review, conference proceeding or any in-depth analysis of a particular subject or discipline, and is often used to help the reader quickly ascertain the papers purpose.[1] When used, an abstract always appears at the beginning of a manuscript or typescript, acting as the point-of-entry for any given academic paper or patent application. Abstracting and indexing services for various academic disciplines are aimed at compiling a body of literature for that particular subject. The terms precis or synopsis are used in some publications to refer to the same thing that other publications might call an "abstract". In management reports, an executive summary usually contains more information (and often more sensitive information) than the abstract does.

Beach is an area where the environment and its coastline are very dynamic, caused by the effects of wind, waves, tides and other factors such as seasonal variations, climate change, sea level rise, human activities and so on. PROSAPA (PROteksi SAbut kelaPA) Project is a coastal protection product that uses plants known as Bioengineering. This product uses coconut fiber waste and is environmentally friendly. The aims PROSAPA Project is to reduce erosion rates, reduce or dampen of the ocean wave and stabilize eroded coastlines by using a combination of deep-rooted plants and biodegradable materials such as coconut fiber. Beside that this project uses coconut fiber which available along the coast and therefore low-cost installation. Plants that have high salt tolerance with deep roots are used to help stabilize the area. This project identified environmentally sustainable approaches to coastal protection, as distinct from traditional -hard- engineering solutions. The project case studies is applied on the southern coast Java Island, particularly at Pangandaran Beach, West Java, Indonesia. Application of this method depends on the oceanographic condition such as wave high and direction, high of erosion, tidal and kind of sediment. Evaluating of monitoring this project after almost one year, this project are potentially applicable at any coastline.

Deaf people are one of those with disabilities who cannot speak and hear. Deaf people using sign language for communication who use sign language with hand gestures, body and convey facial expressions using sign language. One important component in sign language is the alphabetical finger or the manual alphabet needed to complete communication. The alphabet of the finger is done by spelling words on spoken language, by spelling letter by letter using a finger. This method is used to spell the name or mention the word. However, not everyone understands sign language, so tools needed to bridge communication between people who are deaf with normal people. One solution will be offered is to use computer technology as a tool to recognise sign language. The technology is an automatic language translator system that integrates a webcam as a detection device by using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method.

Abstract
The wind turbine system as a power plant is growing rapidly in line with the electrical energy needs and limitations of fossil energy as a source of electrical energy. Many research has been carried out to develop wind turbine systems and improve system efficiency. Research on wind turbine systems requires wind turbine emulators to simulate the behavior of wind turbines against changes in wind speed. In this paper presents a Design of speed controller based on PI controller for a Wind Turbine Emulator (WTE) using a Variable Speed Drive (VSD). WTE consists of VSD, microcontroller, 3 phase induction motor, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) and speed sensor. PMSG speed depends on wind speed. At certain wind speeds, PMSG will rotate at a certain value. Wind turbine emulator will adjust the speed of the induction motor according to a certain wind speed. WTE controls the rotation of a 3 phase induction motor connected to its axis in PMSG. Motor and PMSG rotation speed are measured by rotary encoder sensor as speed sensor. The rotary encoder sensor serves as feedback for WTE. Proportional-integral method is used to control the speed of a 3 phase induction motor through VSD analog input. Based on experiment result, PI controller can adjust speed of induction motor so that PMSG will rotate according to a certain wind speed. Here we observe speed response of WTE to generate voltage of PMSG. WTE controls the speed of induction motor at settling time 9s.

Abstract
The average national salt production is around 2.5 million tons per year has not been able to meet domestic salt demands. One of the factors that caused this was the low incentives received by farmers so that farmers were reluctant to carry out production in the following year. As the main actor in the national salt industry, farmer-s welfare needs to be considered to ensure the sustainability of national salt production. This study aims to develop a dynamic model of the salt supply chain by identifying internal and external factors that influence the system. We use system dynamic methods because this framework has the ability to model nonlinear equations among variables and can represent feedbacks loop relationships. From the basemodel simulation results, we developed several scenarios that we can use to improve the welfare of salt farmers and eventually increasing salt production in a sustainable manner. From those scenarios, we found that by using the scenario of land intensification with annual salt production technology, farmer-s profits could be increased up to Rp 25,839,900 per ha per season at the end of the simulation in 2031.

Abstract
PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company whose business line in the security and defense sector which is located in Bandung, Indonesia. The company has its Department of Enterprise Risk Management whose responsibility is to overcome risk that may occur within the business process of the company. But, until today, even though the department has been formed, risk management implementation in PT. XYZ is still categorized as an inefficient practice. It is indicated by losses and problems faced by the company even though risk management procedures have been carried out to overcome those issues, yet in reality, these risks remain to occur and become a problem for the company. Those issues, for instance, were delays in supply chain management, nonoptimal human capital management, and losses in financial statements in the last 10 years except in 2014 and 2017. The inefficient practice of risk management indicates the failure in the operations of the Department of Enterprise Risk Management in PT. XYZ since ensuring the successful implementation of risk management in the company is the responsibility of the Enterprise Risk Management Department. As far as the authors are aware, there is no previous risk management research carried out on the implementation of risk management itself or which in this research explained as an operational risk at Department of Enterprise Risk Management. Risk analysis was carried out using the ISO 31000: 2018 framework which is only limited to the process of risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk treatment option selection. According to the analysis that has been carried out, 17 risks have been identified with three different types of operational risks, namely process, system, and people. From the assessment of the level of likelihood and consequence for each risk, the result shows that 9 risks belong to the category of "high", 7 includes of "moderate" risk, and 1 “low” risk which means that there is a need for mitigation actions for most operational risks that have been identified to reduce the level of likelihood and consequence of these risks. Risk management is a crucial practice that needs to be carried out to ensure the goals of the business. However, in the implementation itself, the risk may occur and need to be anticipated so that risk management practice can be implemented efficiently.

Abstract
Fenomena the day of the week effect merupakan sebuah anomali dimana terdapat perbedaan return harian dalam satu minggu.
