Abstract
The urban public transportation in Yogyakarta is the only Trans Jogja Bus which operates 129 units serving 17 routes. In its development, the Trans Jogja Bus operation had obstacles, specifically the sections number and intersections occur traffic congestion and mixed traffic, which resulted in the poor the performance of the Trans Jogja Bus in timely service. Road-widening and new road construction are very difficult to be implemented in Yogyakarta, caused by the limit area. This condition requires handling in form of study about the existence of a priority system for Trans Jogja Bus operations on the road. The most possible three solutions in the application of the Trans Jogja bus service priority system. First solution is by applying the ATCS (Area Traffic Control System) system at each intersection that is traversed by Trans Jogja buses. The second is by using an online application system that could provide information to Trans Jogja bus passengers on the existence of a bus, thereby reducing passenger waiting time. And the last is by implementing the flow bus lane and contraflow bus lane on 17 Trans Jogja bus routes. To realize the solutions, implementation of the priority system for Trans Jogja buses require to executes in stages, specifically in the short and medium term (by applying the Trans Jogja bus section) if the evaluation shows increasing the performance of Trans Jogja buses in travel time, headway, and load factor services, then the priority application could be applied in the long term or all Trans Jogja bus routes.

Abstract
This study is related to the behavior of children and parents in communication mediated by digital messages. The purpose of this paper is to describe the pattern of family communication felt by children and their parents in interacting using digital messages and how different perceptions of communication between them. The study sample consisted of 30 family pairs consisting of teenagers and their parents who provided reports on existing communication patterns formed in their families. The questionnaire about interaction and communication used refers to the concept of the Family Communication Pattern (Fitzpatrick and Ritchie, 2002) using the child and parent version. Factor analysis is used to process data. The results showed that 50% of parent-child couples had different perceptions in family communication patterns. Communication mediated by digital messages provides a gap in the orientation of conformity and conversation orientation in the family, parents view a higher orientation to conformity than their children, while children perceive a higher conversation orientation than their parents. Using the Mann-Whitney test found differences in conformity orientation between children and parents. This finding is the basis for a deeper exploration of the dimensions of family communication patterns. Some of the main substantive and methodological implications are discussed.

Inclusive development or policy is development that involves and have benefit and impact for all citizens including disability groups. In national regulation number 8/2016 government has guaranteed rights of disability groups to have same position and human rights as citizens to be able to live progressively and develop in a just and beneficial manner; although in reality the fulfillment of the rights of disability groups is still far from expectations. In terms of facilities and infrastructure, many public facilities and buildings have not been convenience for disability groups including rights to obtain employment and right to obtain social security. Even some community groups have not positive attitudes and have negative stigma to disability groups. In midst of efforts and various challenges from various social organizations to realize inclusiveness in development including fulfillment of rights of disability groups, media as one of the social systems constructs and builds discourse on disability groups. Media discourse on disability groups through symbols in texts shows power relations that exist. The purpose of this study is to analyze disability discourse in mass media and how power relations existing of various parties to disability groups. This study uses Norman Fairclough model discourse analysis method; by analyzing text and how it socio cultural practices. The objects of this study are 3 national scale online media namely kompas.com, cnnindonesia.com and detik.com in 2017-2018. The results of the study show that the disability group is constructed as a weak group, unequal as a citizen and still marginalized as fulfilling their rights.

Abstract
Since changes caused by digital technology in everyday life, the pattern of family communication has become more complicated. With the presence of digital communication media (chat / texting) now it also provides an opportunity for children and parents in the family to exchange messages and have communication conversations, namely through computer mediation, this applies to any existing family communication pattern. The purpose of this study was to investigate attitudes and digital conversation experiences between children to parents for each consensual, pluralistic, protective and laissez-faire family communication pattern. Two hundred and thirteen teenagers aged seventeen were involved in responding to surveys about digital conversation attitudes and family communication patterns. Childrens attitudes related to conversational experiences with parents are investigated by choices that have been formulated and analyzed quantitatively. The research findings reveal that all children who have all four family communication patterns address chat / texting conversations with parents do not provide solutions to childrens needs, but also found significant attitudinal differences from each type of family communication. The conclusion of the study shows that the family communication climate affects childrens attitudes in conducting digital conversations. Directions for the future are offered to explore the concept of mediated family communication patterns.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to compare the roles perceived by physicians and nurses regarding medical information delivered to patients and to set this against patients opinions on the quality of the medical information delivered to them. Using the questionnaire method given to 100 physicians and 150 nurses and inpatient satisfaction surveys administered of 750 patients a day before discharged as a part of a quality improving program on patient information in Banjarmasin hospitals. This research resulted in a diagnosis and prognosis made by physicians only. Regarding the explanation of the diagnosis, information about treatment and care, nurses assume that they provide information other than information from the physician. Physicians considered that it was generally they alone who delivered the information. Patients were generally very satisfied with information delivered, but more than 20% were not satisfied with information on benefits and risks of investigations and treatment. The most important problem, underline nurses was they lacked knowledge of medical information delivered to patients by physicians (55%). Conclusions from the research perceived roles in the transmission of medical information to patients were very different between physicians and nurses. This lack of physicians and nurses collaboration affects the quality of patient care. A better definition of the specific roles of physicians and nurses, their training in effective methods of asserting opinions and knowledge and in conducting collaborative ward rounds would be of benefit to patients.

Abstract
The availability of decent drinking water is one indicator of the welfare of the Indonesian people as stated in the universal access target of 100% drinking water service in 2019. The Central Government through the Provincial Water Supply Working Unit assists with WSS Infrastructure Development Programs as a stimulant for Local Governments in meeting drinking water service targets. However, the limitations of the APBN budget have resulted in the need to prioritize the selection of the programs. The program selection method was prepared by identifying the existing conditions and evaluating the functioning of assets in each district. The priority sequence of the program was carried out by the Multi-Criteria Analysis (MCA) approach. Determination of priority criteria based on Strategic Policy for WSS Development and WSS Evaluation Guidelines. The priority sequence is the result of a calculation between the weighting of district criteria that carried out by the Provincial Working Unit, and the WSS unit by the Provincial Working Unit and district stakeholders with Borda analysis method. The application of this method resulted in a sequence of priority programs which could be a recommendation for the Provincial Water Working Unit to determine the selection of WSS Infrastructure Development Programs.

Abstract
For rural communities and micro-entrepreneurs, access to formal financial institutions is a very difficult. So, borrowing to moneylenders is the most possible way to fullfill their needs. But actually it does not solve their problems, precisely their problems are increasing because they have to pay at very high interest rates. For this reason, microfinance institution is verry important as a solution for rural communities and micro-entrepreneurs who need loans to fullfill their needs. This paper aims to describe the role of micro waqf banks in Indonesia as an alternative funding for rural communities and micro-entrepreneurs. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The interview technique was also carried out with key informants who understood sharia microfinance institutions. The results of the study revealed that the micro waqf bank is Islamic microfinance institutions which targeted the micro business sector by channeling small financing with a maximum financing of Rp1 million. The funding of this micro waqf bank comes from donors who donate funds through the Amil Zakat institution. The margins imposed on borrowers are as high as 3 percent per year, with payment schemes in installments every week so it is make easier for borrower. In addition financing is followed by training and mentoring so that borrower are able to utilize the loan for productive business activities. In the end, it is hoped that this micro waqf bank can become an incubator for micro businesses in Indonesia.

Abstract
In recent decades, fly ash has been used as a substitute cementitious material (SCM) in doses of more than 50%. Because fly ash has a lower reactivity than cement, the high-volume fly ash replacement causes a relatively large decrease in strength. One way to anticipate this is the addition of alkali activators. A mixture of ordinary Portland cement (OPC), fly ash and alkali activator is so called as hybrid alkaline cement. This research observed the differences in hydration along with the change in dose activator. The precursors were composed of 20% OPC and 80% fly ash. The difference in hydration reaction was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) technique. The results of the study recommend a maximum pH of a hybrid alkali is 12.08.

Abstract
Academic writing is worthwhile for university students in fostering their academic success and gaining their future employment. It is an essential skill that university students should master, predominantly in 4.0 era, when the competition is getting tighter. However, writing has always been problematic even for todays college students who also known as millennials. This study aimed to explore three components: 1) Millennial students perspective on academic writing, 2) The major academic writing difficulties encountered by millennial students, and 3) The main factors that caused the difficulties. Data were collected by using questionnaire with open-ended questions through 60 English Department students. The results indicated that 50% of participants found academic writing difficult with only 18% of them got A for their academic writing score. The major problems are they have difficulties in expressing other writers idea into their own words, organizing the text coherently, and finding a relevant references for their writing. The main factors that caused the problem is they did not get detailed explanation about academic writing considerations in classroom, which lead them to learn from the internet. Nevertheless, internet can be both beneficial and harmful for the participants. Since they can find many sources in the internet, it confused them to choose the most appropriate references for their writing, in which they sometimes ended up with just copying without filtering the sources. Therefore, this study suggests lecturers to provide students with guidance in identifying relevant sources and witnessing more practices to the students.

Abstract
The rapid development of platform Peer to Peer Lending (P2PL) in Indonesia for the 2016-2018 period has become a more flexible alternative source of financing for MSMEs. Flexibility, the length of the financing analysis process, and high credit interest are the main obstacles for MSMEs. The results of the literature study show that the existing P2PL model is still constrained by high interest rates. This paper offers an alternative low rate P2PL based on murabaha financing for SMEs. the murabaha-based P2PL model developed in this study can be a financing solution for the procurement of MSME business equipment. This research is a qualitative research based on the logic model theory which consists of 6 components, namely situations, inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes and external factors. The results of the research found that (1) P2PL model applied in Indonesia has provided access to finance effectively and efficiently, but has not solved the high interest rate of credit. (2) The model of murabaha Peer to Peer Financing is able to reduse the margin rate through colaboration with the fendor of underlying asset.

Abstract
Traffic congestion is a complex, nonlinear spatiotemporal modeling problem. By collecting and analyzing a vast quantity and different categories of information, traffic flow and road congestion can be predicted and avoided in intelligent transportation system. This report provides an analysis about traveling time across Taiwan from North to South, vice versa. We analyze traffic in a national freeway section between Tainan and Kaohsiung, which represents the common trip of the population. The case study is recorded especially between Tainan and Kaohsiung using TDCS database provided by Ministry of Transportation in Taiwan. We use MapReduce framework to process data into smaller task which can be distributed on several computer cluster to speed up the process. The results show that traffic flow spatiotemporal model is strongly influenced by holidays, direction and working hour with a recurring pattern for each week.

Abstract
Kentungan Intersection is an intersection that always having a traffic jam at the peak hours. Traffic congestion at Kentungan Intersection is caused by highly vehicle volume exceeding the intersection capacity. The type of this intersection is flat intersection. Thus, its need to evaluate from geometric view with the ways of changing the type of the intersection to elevated intersection (interchange). Elevated intersection is consisting of conventional and unconventional. Elevated conventional intersection is commonly used in Indonesia like flyover or underpass. This study chooses one of the unconventional intersections called Single-Point Urban Interchange (SPUI). SPUI provides vehicle movement more and efficiently than others type. The purpose of this study is to get modelling result from three intersections condition. Method used in this study is modelling using program PTV.VISSIM 9. This study models a three condition; existing condition, Default SPUI Intersection, and Modification SPUI Intersection. Result of the modelling existing condition, level of service of the intersection is LOS F with the average vehicle delay is 104,79 second. On Default SPUI Intersection, level of service of the intersection is LOS D with the average vehicle delay is 32,54 second. On Modification SPUI Intersection, level of service of the intersection is LOS D with the average vehicle delay is 30,3 second. Result of this models are passing the calibration process from driving behavior aspect and vehicle volume validation and the best result is SPUI with size modification.

Abstract
Although large-scale migration has been a long history of human movement since the emergence of countries around 6,000 years ago, the issue of migration is still a very interesting topic. The most recent example of a border problem due to migration is President Trumps plan to build a border wall. Talks about migration are also very closely related to government policies at international, regional and national levels. The demand to understand the issue of migration for decision makers is driven by political, economic and social pressures in line with the increasing phenomenon of migration itself. This paper aims to see the impact caused by modern and contemporary migration events in Indonesia. The development of world politics which caused conflict and war in several countries gave rise to a wave of refugees as a new form of migration. The case of Indonesia illustrates that this country is a transit country from the invasion of refugees from Syria, Afghanistan and Myanmar, as a new phase of people moving space for political reasons. By looking at the phenomena of migration that occur, it is expected to be able to add scientific insight to the study of transnational migration and border studies with the discovery of symptoms, forms and characters of modern migration and its impact on the countries concerned.

Abstract
The Digital Era provides challenges as well as opportunities for the development of Halal Tourism. One of the challenges is to formulate a framework and criterion of halal in five products and services in tourism industry: halal hotel, transportation, food premise, tour package, and finance. The criteria of the Islamic permissibility (halal) in halal food premise and finance might have been relatively established, but not in a hotel, transportation, and tour package. The existing criteria of halal for these products and services are in need of deeper ijtih&

Abstract
Rice is a food crop that generally planted in rainfed land that utilizes rainwater as its primary supplier so that testing of several drought-tolerant rice varieties is needed. The research examined the morphological response of brown rice to drought in the vegetative phase by treating the addition of Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) 6000 with a level of 20 g / l water. The research conducted at the Faculty of Agricultures Greenhouse, University of Sumatera Utara, held in October 2018 until January 2019 using a randomized block design consisting of two factors with three replications. The results showed that the treatment of watering intervals of 14 days and 21 days on average plant height (75.14 - 67.71 cm), number of leaves (20.33 - 19.42 strands), number of tillers (4.11 - 3.67 tillers) and root volume (5.44 - 3.67 ml) were not significantly different compared to the control treatment, the highest average root length found in the watering interval of 21 days (29.13 cm). Of the several tested varieties obtained genotypes that were most resistant to drought stress based on their morphological responses were Inpago 7 varieties compared to Inpara 7 and Inpari 24 Gabusan varieties.

Abstract
Eight species of fruit flies were found in 5 locations of red guava plantations in District Deli Serdang. Fruit flies were identified morphologically at LIPI. Dendrogram results of Neighbor Joining analysis based on RAPD markers of DNA band characters show the genetic closeness of the eight species divided into 3 clusters. Cluster 1 is B. caudata (Kolam and Namoriam) and B. umbrosa (Kolam, Namoriam and Sei Mencirim); Cluster 2 is B. curcubitae (Sei Beras Sekata), B. caudata (Sei Mencirim and Sei Beras Sekata), B. umbrosa (Sei Beras Sekata), B. carambolae (Sei Mencirim and Sei Beras Sekata), and B. papayae (Kolam, Namoriam, Sei Mencirim and Sei Beras Sekata); and Cluster 3 is B. kinabalu (Kolam), B. carambolae (Sawit Rejo, Kolam and Namoriam), B. tau (Kolam), B. papayae (Sawit Rejo), B. curcubitae (Sawit Rejo, Kolam, Namoriam and Sei Mencirim), B. caudata (Sawit Rejo), B.umbrosa (Sawit Rejo) and B. albistrigata (Kolam).

Abstract
Verification of the irradiation set up is a process to ensure that the position and volume of the irradiated tumor are the same as planned. It conducted by comparing the radiographic image information of the Treatment Planning System (TPS) with radiation therapy to be provided on the Electronic Portal Imaging Device (EPID). Existing software on the EPID modality device in this hospital are Mosaiq and IViewGT. This study was to describe the details of the verification process and the differences between two software in conformal radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal cancer patients. This study was a quantitative analytic study. Samples were fifty-two portal images. Data analyzed by statistical software. The results are descriptions of the verification process, and the value of shift set up irradiation on X; Y and Z axis. There is no difference statistically between two software. Mosaiq software is more complicated in image processing. IViewGT software has an advantage in more simple but shows the same quality.

Abstract
Environment is easily changing through urban development and people growth. In this situation, the availability of clean water would be threatened unless it has a good water management. The purpose of this research is to examine Moslem women-s participation in sustainable household clean water management. This descriptive research analyzed quantitative and qualitative data collected using questionnaire and interview toward 50 household women. The sampling methods employed accidental sampling in Moslem community. This research found that household clean water management has not optimally done yet so it could not perform the water use efficiency for environment and water sustainability although the women-s participation rates is high (75,40). In addition, the teaching of Islam has not emerged as the basic principle for water management by Moslem women in their household. This showed by the practice of water managements, such as water saving and water conservation, which were only done for saving the money and not related to their Islamic beliefs.
