Abstract
One of the Muhammadiyah education functions known as the preaching of “amar makruf nahi mungkar” (invite to the goodness and avoid to the meanness). This spirit is internalized at all levels of education in the Muhammadiyah School, especially through compulsory subjects called “Al Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK)” (Islamic and Muhammadiyah studies). One of the method used in educating AIK is field trip in the kampong where Muhammadiyah established by its founder KH Ahmad Dahlan at 1912, Kauman of Yogyakarta. Field Trip learning method is used in this study in an effort to increase the interest in preaching for students inspired by KH Ahmad Dahlan. The aim of the study is to analyze differences in the interests of preaching to participants before and after participating in field trip learning. This study used the experimental method with pre-test post-test design. The variables of this study are field trip learning method and the interest in preaching. Data retrieval method used an open questionnaire. The participants of this study were students of Islamic Education at the Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta who have been educated to become preachers and facilitated to become preachers through AIK course. The results of this study are two. First, factors of experience and education affected the interest in preaching to another. Second, the modification method of the learning method used the field trip method in order to increase the interest in preaching is very effective. The participants experienced increased knowledge about the preaching method that had been carried out by KH Ahmad Dahlan that they got from the field trip.

Abstract
Food security is the ability of a country in ensuring availability, accessibility, and utilization of rice to the society are stable. Food security problems affecting many developing countries. Food security is affected by factors interacting, like population, climate change, natural disasters and the problem of the conversion of agricultural land. Rice is one of the three most important grain crops in the world and has great contributions to meet the food needs of the world. Paddy (Oryza Sativa L.) is the main food plant for the majority of the population of Indonesia. Most people in Indonesia choose rice as a staple food and the main source of carbohydrates. With an increasing population, this increase will affect food needs. Recorded rate of population growth of East Java from 2010 to 2017 of 0.64% (BPS, 2017) and consumption of rice 213,783 Tons in 2018 (BPS, 2018). Because of the availability of rice for the fulfillment of food should be improved in maintaining food security efforts. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that affect the quality of paddy production in the handling of harvest and postharvest using a system dynamics model approach. System Dynamics is a very suitable approach because it is based on the feedback in one part of the system that affects the part of the other. This can generally be described as the food security system. The results of simulations can be used as the basis for planning the strategy policy helps the Government in improving food security through a few scenarios such as land intensification, expansion of new agricultural land, increase the application of modern tools postproduction and equipment Smart Agriculture can help in increasing the production quality of paddy. This research can be used as a reference for the creation of strategies in improving the production quality of paddy in food security.

Abstract
Zakat Institutions have an essential role in helping the poor and the weak through empowerment programs. Thus, zakat plays a vital role in the life of Muslims, especially in alleviating poverty. Furthermore, zakat institutions as mediators between rich people and poor people with various programs to reduce poverty. The 2016-2018 Baznas Outlook shows the acquisition of zakat increased by an average of 10% per year and distribution increased by 13% per year). However, even though the allocation of zakat funds has been done and is growing every year, the problem of poverty, unemployment, and inequality has caused many issues to be debated. This paper intends to analyze poverty alleviation programs made by zakat institutions in Indonesia through productive zakat programs effectively by using descriptive qualitative methods. The primary purpose of zakat is to reduce the gap between the rich and the poor. If zakat funds are managed and channeled with a program model effectively, the distribution of zakat funds equitably to people, who are entitled to receive zakat can reduce this gap. So, this paper tries to discuss how to effectively manage zakat funds through productive zakat programs and suggest best practices that can be implemented by zakat institutions.

Abstract
The article aims at discussing the importance of independence and integrity of the Constitutional Judges in the light of democratic system. The article also explores the challenges facing the application of the independence and integrity of the Constitutional Judges, with special reference to Indonesia. The article is based on a normative legal research which uses philosophical, constitutional, comparative and cases approach. The result of research shows that firstly, independence and integrity of the constitutional judges is important because theoretically the constitutional judges are the main actors who guarantee the working of rule of law principle of the countries. The constitutional judges are the guardian of the Constitution which means securing the working of democracy as well as the protecting the citizens rights. Therefore, strengthening mechanism of recruitment of constitutional judges is also needed. Secondly, in case of Indonesia, the quality of recruitment process of constitutional justices influences the quality of the constitutional justices. Thirdly, the challenges of implementation of the independence and integrity of the constitutional judges are strongly influenced by the political factor since the constitutional judges are mostly appointed through a process which involves political actors in parliament and presidency. Accordingly, there is a need of better recruitment model of constitutional justices and statesmanship commitment from the political actors in the countries. The better model of recruitment of constitutional justices and statesmanship commitment of political actors of the countries will be determinant factors which may lead the countries towards a developed and strong country.

Abstract
Organic farming is most promising way to overcome negative effects of modern farming on ecosystem. To understand effect of different histories of organic paddy field on the interaction between soil organisms and biodiversity of aboveground arthropods, we carried out researches in organic paddy field with 5 and 20 years old. The aims of the study are to reveal the effects of soil organisms on the abundance of aboveground arthropods by measuring the soil organism activity, nutrient availability, and abundance of the arthropods. We predict that subsidies of organic input in the organic paddy fields should increase microbial N immobilization and denitrification, effectively increase the N available for arthropod abundance. The results showed that long histories of organic paddy fields improved the abundance of soil organisms, soil microbial biomass C and N, soil nutrition, and these effects indirectly improved the abundance of aboveground arthropods. This study suggested that organic paddy fields improved the biotic interactions within and between soil organisms and aboveground ecosystem thereby might achieve sustainability of the paddy field system.

Abstract
Since the 1960s, Indonesia and Malaysia often argued about the Ambalat Block. The peak of the feud took place in 2002 when the International Court of Justice won Malaysia in the ownership dispute of Sipadan and Ligitan Islands in the Ambalat Block. Border disputes between two neighboring countries are actually a natural thing, especially the disputed area of the sea which is not a human habitat, whose physical boundaries are visually difficult to recognize. It becomes unnatural that the dispute then involves the mobilization of soldiers, warships, fighter jets on both sides, and often inflicts endless public anger, whereas Indonesia and Malaysia are both member countries of ASEAN. The article is set in order to reveal: why has the dispute not been completed for more than half a century? What have been done by both parties so that the Ambalat Block problem is still far from a peace agreement? What sort of obstacles are faced by both parties so that the negotiation process takes so long?

Abstract
Indonesia-s digital economy is projected to become the largest in Southeast Asia. One of efforts to realize that path, Indonesia has signed the 10th Package of ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services. The commitment increases to trade in services cooperation. However, the Indonesia-s readiness is highlighted by many parties, such as lack of human resources skill, poor infrastructure, and affordability uneven. It is worrying that would become boomerang for economic growth. The purpose of this study is to analyze Indonesias readiness for digital economy through trade in service in ASEAN level. This study employs quantitative approach with Gravity Model. The secondary data in panel data period 2014-2016 and includes ASEAN-6. The variable digital economy readiness is represented by networked readiness index. While data sources come from Comtrade, IMF, World Economic Forum, and Indonesian Ministry of Trade. The analytical method uses Poisson Pseudo Maximum Likelihood and resolved with Stata 13. Based on the interim results indicate that the level of Indonesias readiness for digital economy will affect the flow of trade in services in the ASEAN market. Therefore, it is important for government to ensure that there are prerequisites that must be prepared in grabbing benefits of momentum of the digital era.

Abstract
Over the years, Xinjiang issue has reported as a violent conflict between muslim minority and the government of China without significant response from the muslim world. Indonesia is one of the biggest Muslim population. On another side, Indonesian Chinese Muslims can be seen as a group of double minority, both in socio-economic power and in religious affiliation. This paper aims to compare the dynamics of discussion about the Xinjiang issue among Indonesian Muslims, both Chinese and non-Chinese descendant. Comparing four groups of WhatsApp, it is found that there is no single unitary perception on it. However, it shows a common feature of lack of literacy about the issue. The study also found that religious identity is much more decisive than ethnicity. A combination of religious identity, an intensive sharing of news, and political sentiment welcoming the general election produces a new response among society.

Abstract
The strict competition between banks and fintech does not only occur in developed countries, but also in emerging markets. However, this competition has not been observed in detail in Indonesia. The purpose of this literature review is to evaluate the fintech implementation progress in Indonesia and the readiness of the community to use fintech services. However this is such a new topic, the research method used is a literature review of various library sources, especially from Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia. Literature review shows that the presence of technology-based financial services in Indonesia cannot be rejected and avoided in line with the development of information and communication technology. The Indonesian people are still not ready to use services provided by fintech, but prefer banking services due to ignorance of fintech services in Indonesia related to innovations and new financial products.

Abstract
The Arab Spring became the political event that shook the Middle East since the end of 2010. This political event became the momentum of rise of the people power against the authoritarian leader. Democracy became one of the main issues as the aim of the people movement. Some states have consolidated democracy to fulfill the hope of the Arabian people. Tunisia as one of the state consolidating democracy succeeds, but some states failed, such as Egypt. Before the Arab Spring happened in Middle East, the same political turbulence had happened in Indonesia in 1998. In Indonesia, this is popularly known as the reformation. After that, Indonesia succeeds in consolidating democracy and now Indonesia is recognized as the democratic Muslim state in the world. Key success of Indonesia in consolidating democracy is the support of two biggest Islamic organizations, namely Muhammadiyah and Nahdatul Ulama, in transforming values of democracy and pluralism. The two biggest Islamic organizations are modern and they are not opposing the state. Even though some say that they are state in a state. The state can build harmonized relationship with the two biggest Islamic mass organizations. This one is not found in some states in Middle East. So, Indonesia can be the model of democracy from the states in the Middle East.

Abstract
The presence of technology changes the way humans communicate from the real world to cyberspace. Based on Hootsuite Wearesocial research released in January 2019 shows that social media users in Indonesia reach 150 million or 56% of the total population. There has been an increase of 20 million social media users in Indonesia compared to last year. Meanwhile, the Indonesia update website notes that in January 2019 the users of internet in Indonesia reached 91%. The development of this digitalization indicates that the use of social media as a new media is increasingly massive. The massive use of new media is changing the news production platform. In this era, the news is not only from mass media, but everyone can produce news, shape public opinion, and create virtual society. This condition causes public spaces to be filled with hoaxes, fake and false news. In the post-truth era those kinds of news are nearly conquered the world. This condition has a destructive power because it can spread quickly and can produce very strong emotions. This paper discusses the characteristics of Indonesian language impoliteness on social media at the post-truth era by using qualitative research methods. The data is collected from Facebook and Instagram in 2018. The analysis shows that there are language impoliteness markers that are used by citizens on their status. The use of impoliteness is mostly about ethnicity, religion, race, and groups (SARA). Ethnic impoliteness on Facebook media was found to be 5%, religious impoliteness was found as much as 30%, race impoliteness was found as much as 11.6%, and group impoliteness was found as much as 50%. The impoliteness on Instagram shows that ethnic impoliteness is 5.7%, religious impoliteness is found as much as 22.8%, race impoliteness is found as much as 24.2%, and group impoliteness is found as much as 33%.

Abstract
Cigarette smoke is a complex mixture of gases and particles that contain many carcinogenic and toxic compounds, which is the result of smoke in the room. One way to solve the problem of smoking in the room is the implementation of SFA regulation. This regulation is very important to reduce air pollution caused by cigarette smoke and reduce the harm of smoking and provide healthy air to the community. There are seven areas covered by SFA regulation. Therefore it is very important to know about "What is the 7th public places containing air pollution caused by cigarette smoke so that the necessary implementing legislation SFA in Jember?". The aim of this study is to monitor the air quality in areas which are covered by SFA regulation in Jember, with details of the following specific objectives: Measuring the concentration of particulate matter (PM2.5) in places which are covered by SFA regulation, as well as proving their smoking activities affect the poor indoor air quality. This study is a descriptive cross-sectional study design using regional monitoring and observation. The study population is SFA that located in Jember. The total sample is 100 public places. Samples were selected purposively with the criteria area frequented by the general public, is a place whose existence to the characteristics of a city (icon). The air quality is measured by PM2.5 monitoring will be done in the building for at least 1 hour with the first 15 minutes of the procedure outside the building, 30 minutes in the final 15 minutes of the building and back outside the building. The results showed that there were 56% of the 100 public places that have air quality above the threshold the WHO standard is 25 ppm. Public areas in question consists of; hotel, office, modern markets, traditional markets, health centers, restaurants, terminals, hospitals, places of worship, educational facilities, entertainment venues, and other public places. From an average of PM 2.5 measurement result, traditional markets and entertainment venues occupy first and second place for air quality above the threshold the WHO standard (25 ppm), which amounted to 69.2 ppm and 60.6 ppm. While the lower level of education facilities has cleaner air quality according to the WHO standard is 18.4 ppm. From this study it can be concluded that most of the area public places in Jember have poor indoor air quality that is above the standard threshold of WHO. This is due to the policy of SFA in Jember. Efforts are required to advocate for SFA regulation in Jember in order to protect the publics right of non smokers to breathe clean and healthy air at the public facility.

Abstract
This paper presents a study of induction motor fault detection using motor current signature analysis technique. Nowadays, the three-phase squirrel cage induction motor became the key element in all industrial plants. The advantage of using this type of motor is that the construction is simple and almost without maintenance. In long-term operations, induction motors can experience interference that can inhibit the production process and have an impact on decreasing productivity and financial losses. To prevent these adverse effects, well-planned maintenance and monitoring are needed. The monitoring system needed is a condition monitoring system that can predict and identify pre-fault conditions so that it is useful to prevent the time of unwanted damage. Motor current signature analysis (MCSA) technique is a reliable technique for identifying induction motor pre-fault conditions. This study focuses on the experimental results of three phase induction motor monitoring to identify the condition of the rotor bar and the unbalanced stator current. Analysis of monitoring results is presented in this paper and several key variables related to motor damage are discussed.

Abstract
The Extension of labor duration is associated with increased morbidity and mortality. Prenatal exercises have proven a positive effect on labor but still very low level of effectiveness against the labor duration. Salat has proven a positive effect on fitness, healthy and has a rehabilitative effect. Maryam Prenatal is a modification of prenatal basic exercise with postural bowing, sitting and prostrating like salat in Islam with dzikr. This systematic review aims to assess the effect of Maryam Prenatal on the labor duration. The systematic literature search with study criteria that examined physical exercise and salat for labor or health was carried out on the Pubmed, ScienceDirect and researchgate databases. Study quality was assessed by a tool of standard quality assessment of the quantitative study (QATQS). This review received 4 intervention studies, 1 retrospective, and 4 observational studies. 5 articles showing positive results on reducing the labor duration and 4 articles on salat show positive results to the health. Our overall conclusion that the hypothesis of Maryam Prenatal positive effect on the labor duration with an increase in the effect size. Therefore, we recommend further research that considers the influence of Maryam Prenatal as new method pregnancy exercise on labor duration.

Abstract
This study aims to find articles and verses from the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945) using the Vector Space Model method that calculates the similarity of many documents. One document is represented by one clause from each article of the 1945 Constitution. The next step is to do pre-processing data by deleting unneeded words (Stopword) and changing into basic words (Stemmer) in Indonesian Language. Each document will be indexed to speed up query and simplify the weighting. Weighting words in documents uses the Tf-Idf (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency) algorithm by calculating the frequency of words in documents and all documents. The document search results will be presented in ranking with the largest number of scoring appearing at the top (descend sorting).

Abstract
Agriculture is an important engine to grow and to alleviate high level of poverty in the rural setting. Dependency of agriculture on the quality of soil and availability of water is soaring, as soil and water are fundamental elements for plant based food production system for human sustenance. During the management practices of agriculture, efforts to gradually boost productions up for food are in many times impacting negatively on the quality of soil and water. Many factors have been identified as reasons for poor farming practices; over cultivation, low sufficient means and skills to apply sustainable farming practices, inadequate infrastructure availability, few access to credits, lack of government incentives and policy supports etc. are some of examples. Uncontrolled destructive farming practices have been recognized since it is resulting in low crop yields. However, with limited resources available, many small farmers have creating simple innovation to convince production processes can be done. This study was done within qualitative method, exploring the ways small scale farmers develop innovation in the farming system adjusted to local ecological knowledge and resources. The study is explaining best practices of soil and water conservation initiated by farmers, trying to protect the region from detrimental habits on the land management practices. Physical and institutional arrangements have been taken to stop soil erosion and to sustain water availability. Physical treatments are including tree planting, stone bench terraces, gulley plugs, silvipasture, all technologies were built independently by groups of farmers. Local institution namely farmer groups aimed to support development of conservation norms have been established. This institution also serves economic development of local communities since family welfare and rural economic stability is very crucial to convince sustainability of conservation activities.

Abstract
The sophistication of communication and information technology today is able to offer a new way of producing, processing and even distributing photographic works quickly, easily, cheaply and massively. The technology that developed in photographic cameras is also increasingly sophisticated, so the challenges of photographers going forward are not merely technical matters of photography, but must give more meaning to the content or content of their photographic works. Photographic work is a mediator to convey the message of visual communication to the public about a thing or event. Photos can be interpreted as expressions or ways of speaking, telling stories through visual language. The selection of the right object, the accuracy of the right moment, the right size, the ripe exposure of light, and the beautiful composition of the colors make photography look interesting, making photography lovers sink into the role created by the photographer with the object photographed. Photographic works posted on the macroworldmania.com website are creative, innovative and aesthetic macro photography works. Not just technical, in the macro photography work on the page there is a story narrative with the spices of the dramatization delivered, so that it becomes more interesting. The packaging of messages in the story is the essence of visual communication in macro photography. The dramatization presented in macro photography works on this page is able to provide an overview of animal objects or plants or previously small objects that are easier to see, full of surprises, attract attention and cause curiosity and curiosity. Dramatization arises if attention is always maintained and the work created is able to sink the soul, emotions and thoughts of the audience in an interesting way. Dramatic elements built with innovations in macro photography story messages are able to capture attention and be able to bring about a quality communication atmosphere in the reference and experience of the public. The challenge of these innovations is the main study of content analysis research, so that it still exists to communicate in the era of disruptive information. Keywords:

Abstract
Postharvest strawberries have a fruit quality that declines rapidly and has relatively short shelf life, especially with a history of high gray mold attacks during cultivation in the garden. The intensity of gray mold is high in the field, causing investment in pathogenic inoculum on the surface of the strawberry skin, which results in strawberries easily attacked by pathogenic postharvest disease. One of the main diseases of postharvest strawberries is the gray mold rot. This disease is caused by the fungus Botrytis cinerea. Coating of fruit with antifungal yeast is one of the innovations used to extend shelf life and maintain the quality of fruit stored at room temperature. Coating of fruit with natural ingredients is still little researched, especially based on antifungal yeast. The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of coating postharvest strawberries with antifungal yeast ingredients at various levels of maturity on the quality and shelf life of strawberries. The results showed fruit coating with yeast Debaryomyces hansenii were able to maintain fruit quality, increase the shelf life of strawberries fruits, and protect the fruit from the attack of postharvest pathogens without reducing fruit quality, so that they can be applied after harvesting strawberries.

Abstract
The institutional development of the Soloraya Tourism Forum is one of the governments efforts to develop tourism in Soloraya in a synergic, integrated and sustainable manner. This study seeks to discuss the perspective of institutional theory related to aspects of network analysis at the empirical level to analyze whether the formation of a soloraya tourism forum is able to strengthen the network or even sharpen competition among stakeholders. Many institutions emphasize the rules of the game and collective activities for common or public interests, for this reason this paper focuses on the structure, functions and management of forums to find answers to research questions. The method in this study uses document analysis, literature study and direct observation. The results of the study indicate that the institutional development of the Soloraya tourism forum sharpens competition for interest. Stakeholders perceptions vary mainly in relation to the implementation of regional autonomy. They tend to stay away from the integrity that can be identified from the policies of each region, so as not to support the success of the Soloraya Tourism Forum. We also describe interactions between stakeholders that are not related to each other.

Abstract
The Indonesian Constitutional Court Decision No. 88 / PUU-XIV / 2016 states that a woman is entitled to be a candidate for Governor and Vice Governor in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This decision has become a polemic among the people of Yogyakarta, Indonesia and also internal conflict among the internal members of the Yogyakarta Palace because historically, the Sultanate never had a woman as the leader. This research aims to find out the institutional disputes settlement mechanism in Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat Sultanate. This research is a normative and empirical legal research which means that the research uses both library research and interview respondents in obtaining data. The result of the research shows that in the Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat Sultanate Palace there is no clear mechanism of resolving disputes among Sultanate family and there is no institution that has the authority to solve cases of institutional disputes. Yogyakarta Sultanate is now in a state of emergency, in which the Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono X does not have a son as the successor to the throne of the Kingdom. Basically, the dispute settlement in Yogyakarta Sultanate Palace can be settled through discussion among Sultanate Family. Eventhough historically the Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat Sultanate hasnt had customary law or paugeran adat that regulates about the figure of female leaders, basically a woman stil has an opportunity to become a governor and also become a leader or Sulthanah in the Yogyakarta Sultanate Palace if there is a new political consensus among the royal family in settling the dispute. Therefore, the research recommends that Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat Sultanate Palace needs to initiate the establishment of an institution that has authority to settle any disputes happened in the Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat Sultanate Palace.

Abstract
Sutami Dam has the largest reservoir In East Java. This reservoir has been operating for more than 46 years (operating in 1972 and the latest data as a reference in 2018). Data Aspect for analysis then calibrate with data in 1972 for comparison and to see the trend of sediment for 46-year operation. To find out the sediment carrier area, the review point is selected. The review point as a source of sediment in the Sutami Reservoir is divided into two sediment points with direct inflow to the Sutami Reservoir (Metro River) and the Sengguruh Reservoir outflow (Brantas River and Lesti River) and compare with Erosion from the field. These three points were calculated by sediment discharge to determine the most influential sediment carrier points in the Sutami Dam. The greatest Sediment carrier is from the Sengguruh Dam outflow (Brantas River) with Qs = 2.34 kg/s (2018), then from the Metro River with Qs = 2.27 kg /s (2018).
