Abstract
This study is intended to determine the effect of the literacy level of Islamic cooperative members on the financial performance of these institutions. It analyzes 14 Sharia cooperatives in the Special Region of Yogyakarta as samples, which were selected using the purposive sampling method. The measurement of cooperative literacy uses 6 indicators, which is measured the knowledge of institutional identity (JDL), the duties and obligations of institutions (TDK), the organizational institutions (KL), the role of cooperative members (PA), the deposits mechanisms (MS), as well as the financing mechanisms (MP). Financial performance is measured using net income, total assets, total deposits, solvability, liquidity, and profitability. The results show that all cooperative literacy indicators have a significant influence on the level of cooperative literacy. Meanwhile, the cooperative literacy of members does not have a significant positive effect on the financial performance of the institutions. It tends to be due to the lack of cooperative education for its members so that they do not have enough knowledge about all aspects of their cooperatives.

Abstract
Most of Surabaya area is lowland, which is 80.72% with an altitude between 3-8 meter above sea level with a slope of less than 3%. Therefore, the city drainage system requires pump station operations to drain rainwater. One of the factors that can hinder the performance of pump stations in flood management is the damage to the drainage pump unit. This study has succeeded in finding motor damage as the type of dominant damage at drainage pump in Surabaya. The analysis of the types of dominant damage using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) by determining the type of dominant damage as the objective in the first level hierarchy, the dominant damage criteria are at the second level, and the types of damage are at the third level as an alternative decision. The types of damage are obtained by processing historical data of pump damage in 2017 to 2018, while the criteria for determining the dominant type of damage and the assessment in the AHP analysis are obtained from interviews and questionnaire with experts from the Surabaya city government and pump companies. The results of this study can be used to find the dominant causes of damage and forms of mitigation.

Abstract
Phase change material (PCM) is known as a material that has high energy density. The integration between water and PCM in a solar water heater (SWH) system has a potential method to increase the capacity of thermal energy storage. One of important parameter in a SWH tank is a thermal stratification. This parameter can affect thermal efficiency of a SWH system. The aim of this paper is to analyze the thermal stratification of water in a SWH tank containing PCM. PCM is inserted in a cylindrical capsule. The bundles of capsules are arranged in a SWH tank. An outdoor experiment is conducted on a SWH system during charging process. The intensity of solar radiation, water and PCM temperature are recorded. The resulting data was used to make the temperature evolution of water. Stratification analysis was performed using the Richardson number calculation. Based on the evolution of water temperature, it appears that there is a temperature difference in each layer of water. The results also show that the Richardson number is greater than 1. This result confirms that thermal stratification has been formed in a tank. The addition of PCM in a SWH tank is able to maintain thermal stratification.

Abstract
Vanuatu as one of the countries in the South Pacific Region has become a country that seems very diligent in criticizing Indonesia in international forums relating to the issue of violations of human rights in Papua. This was seen from 1982 when Vanuatu did not yet have diplomatic relations with Indonesia and then continued in 2014 when Vanuatu Prime Minister Moana Carcasses Katokai Kalosil at the 25th UN Human Rights Summit, delivered a speech urging the international community to support the independence of the Papuan people. Another hostile attitude took place on January 25, 2019, during a special meeting between Vanuatu and the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland which discussed the UPR (Universal Periodic Review), it turned out in secret Vanuatus delegation included Benny Wenda. Benny Wenda himself is the leader of the United Liberation Movement for West Papua (ULMWP) or the West Papua Liberation Movement. This article argues that what was done by Vanuatu was inseparable from Vanuatus domestical politic which the majority supported Papuan independence so that to frame the argument this article would use Graham T Allisons Organizational Process approach.

Abstract
The Comoro river basin is one of the watersheds in Timor Leste with an area of 212 km2. The Comoro river and its tributaries are the main surface water source for clean water needs in the city of Dili. The purpose of this study was to estimate the availability water from 4 sub watershed of Comoro using the F. J. Mock model. The Mock method is rainfall-runoff model and was used when measured discharge data is not available. The input of this model are rainfall, potential evapotranspiration, soil moisture and watershed characteristics. The result of calibration and verification of model in the upstream of Comoro watershed indicate that the value of the correlation coefficient were 0.8 and 0.7 while the volume error (VE) were 0.05 and 0.04, respectively. The parameters that was produced in the calibration of the Upper Comoro watershed are then used to estimate the discharge in the Beemos, Maloa, Kuluhun and Becora sub-watersheds due to no observational discharge data available. The dependable flow 90 % from the total of the four sub-watersheds is 0.06 m3 / sec. This shows that surface water availability is only 1,718,053.808 m3/year to meet domestic and non-domestic needs in Dili.

Abstract
Neural tube defects are congenital deformities that involve the covering of the central nervous system that starts during embryonic development when the neural tube fails to close completely. One of the most common types of birth defects which revealed a multifactorial in origin with contributions from both genetic and environmental factors. The main objective is to determine respondents profile, knowledge level on nature, prevention, and management of neural tube defects and its relationship. The researchers used purposive sampling method, and descriptive correlational design to assess the level of knowledge of pregnant women regarding prevention of NTDs. The researcher constructed questionnaire and was used after being pilot tested to gather data to identified respondents. Using frequency counts, percentages, weighted arithmetic mean and ranking the results showed that most of the respondents have an average level of knowledge on its nature, prevention, and management of NTDs. However, majority of which belongs to younger age (0.06432), low educational level (0.25756) and no maternal history of NTDs (0.25792) than older individual. Therefore, the researchers ruminate that it is necessary to teach pregnant women about NTDs, especially the factors that contribute to its occurrence. Health teaching is recommended for older respondents and to those who have a maternal history of NTDs. All clients of interest must be educated, regardless of educational status, as the result have showed that even highly educated respondents have less knowledge of the aforesaid congenital anomaly. Distributions of magazines, brochures and pamphlets are vital instruments to enhance their knowledge and to orient them about preventive measures to preserve the life of the mother and the child.

Abstract
Queues at toll gates are still the main problem on the toll road. Removing this queue, therefore, is very important. The fact that the Indonesian government will implement the Multi Lane Free Flow (MLFF) system as solution is a good news. However, the Government needs to see more about the problems that might arise due to queues such as changes in traffic characteristics and arrival times of vehicles at the main toll road meeting point. In this study, the author conducted traffic modeling using Vissim software to predict changes in traffic patterns that occur by measuring changes in traffic volume and vehicle speed through ramp on and main toll roads. Traffic counting and vehicle speed are carried out during the busy hours period of toll road services. The results of this study can solve post MLFF implementation problems so that their emergence can prevent in the future by predicting increased travel time after the implementation of MLFF.

Abstract
Nowadays, the use of bacterial calcium carbonate precipitation (bio cementation) has become popular as a ground improvement technique for sandy soil. However, this technique was not too much applied to organic or peat soil. Siak is one of the districts in Riau which has a fairly large area of peat. Many problem occurs because of the peat during the construction of infrastructure in Siak. This study focused on bacterial calcium carbonate precipitation from sea bacterial (Bacillus Sp) and its effect on permeability in organic soil. A special injection system was prepared for inducing bacterial solution to the samples. The bacterial solution supplied to the samples by gravity for 7 days in specific molds designed for this work. Calcite precipitation was observed by monitoring pH value and measuring amount of calcium carbonate. Change in the permeability was measured before and after bio cementation. Through this research, calcium carbonate precipitation from sea bacterial (Bacillus Sp) hoped can improve engineering performance especially in reducing permeability aspect of organic or peat soil so this technique suitable and help reducing the problem in construction of infrastructure in Siak district

Abstract
The development of traffic in the central business district area along the Brigjend Slamet Riyadi Street, Surakarta City, Indonesia, is relatively dense and not in accordance with the development and changes in the environmental situation. These phenomenon makes traffic jam at the signalized intersections. Transportation planning related to management and traffic engineering, and infrastructure needed to be done to parse the traffic problems. Based on the vision of the local government related to sustainable transportation, then the Brigjend. Slamet Riyadi road will adopt a one-way system with a contra flow for public transport. In order to improve the performance of signalized intersection, therefore, needs to be installed bus priority traffic signal control at signalized intersection. The aim of this research is to design demand responsive bus priority traffic signal control at signalized intersection to minimize vehicles delay and reduce the bus travel time. The extension and recall methods at Vehicle Actuated Traffic Signal Control have been developed and evaluated by using VISSIM microscopic simulation tool. The performance of these methods has been evaluated at mixed traffic conditions of developing country where the traffic is untidy, traffic streams consist of different types of vehicles with a wide variation in their static, dynamic and operating characteristics, and with a particularly high proportion of motorcycles. The simulation results show that performance of bus priority traffic signal control better than fixed time control in terms of vehicle delay and bus travel time.

Abstract
MSMEs are one of the national economic pillars that need to be supported by the government. Giving capital to MSMEs through the Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) program will have a positive impact on national economic growth. The government accommodates public awareness of the community by cooperating with Islamic banking in the distribution of KUR. However, the non-bankable MSMEs sector has become a challenge for Islamic banking in channelling KUR. Bookkeeping problems as a source of data analysis, assurance, business capacity and experience of MSMEs are the main problems in financing analysis. Islamic banking must be very careful in analysing financing so that the KUR program becomes healthy financing and can improve the quality of MSMEs in Indonesia. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and uses a field research approach that is the case study. Sources of data come from primary and secondary data which are tested by triangulation techniques. The benefits of research for academics are adding scientific treasures and research development. While the benefits for practitioners are as a reference and foundation in policy formulation related to the analysis of financing for MSMEs.
