Abstract
The Philippines is the last country in Asia and one of only three countries worldwide with a 10-year pre-university cycle (Angola and Djibouti are the other two) thus Republic Act 10533 other known as “Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013” was enacted. The Act provides the K to 12 Basic Education Program law, which covers Kindergarten and 12 years of basic education (six years of primary education, four years of Junior High School, and two years of Senior High School to provide sufficient time for mastery of concepts and skills, develop lifelong learners, and prepare graduates for tertiary education, middle-level skills development, employment, and entrepreneurship (deped.gov.ph). To use the Mother Tongue (MT) as a form of language instruction from kindergarten until the third year of primary school, is another major reform under the K-12 program. Philippines is known to be multi-ethnic, multi-lingual country thus implementation of the MTB-MLE program is quite a challenge. It cannot be denied that teachers play a major role in the success of the language policy. Their positive viewpoint towards the implementation of the MTB-MLE drastically affects the implementation. It is for this reason that this study was being conducted to determine the perception of the teachers in the implementation of the MTB-MLE. This study is a descriptive-qualitative type of research because it focused on the experiences and perception of teachers in implementing the mother tongue based multilingual education in their schools. Descriptive in nature because it describes the implementation of the said program. It records the feelings of the teachers as the direct implementers of the MTB-MLE program. Based on the results of the study, MTB-MLE program is perceived to be an effective program. Teachers are ready as implementers of the program because they had attended seminars and training related to this purpose. The non-availability of instructional materials somehow brought hindrance to the implementation of MTB-MLE. In the case of the instructional materials it should have been pilot/field tested. Department of Education (DepEd) should see to it that when a certain program will be implemented, all kinds of support should be complete. Early preparation should have been instituted. Moreover, there were three major problems met by the teachers: multilingual environment; insufficient instructional materials; and difficulty in translation.

Abstract
Consultations have been common in medical and psychological practices. The consultations are between doctors and their patients and between psychologists and their clients. As they can share intensively the issues, they can most likely solve them betters, so such practices have been continuously conducted. In education field, universities in English speaking countries provide one to one consultation to students from the countries whose English is as foreign language or second language to assist them solving students language barriers. Bringing one to one consultation techniques in classroom teaching practices is less common. This study aims to investigate the implementation of one to one consultation in the process of teaching learning in an English education department in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. In addition, it may also reveal the strength and weakness of such practices. The data were obtained from in-depth interviews to 5 five teachers and 5 students. The participants are those teachers who have implemented one to one consultation as one of the activities in their teaching practices and students who have joined the class that imposed one to one consultation activities. The findings indicate that teachers have set a good planning before teaching, carried out decent one-to-one consultation activities in the teaching processes, and resulted in better evaluations toward the delivered teaching materials post teaching activities. The one-to-one consultation activities also share several benefits and pose some weaknesses.

Abstract
Nowadays, technology has become an integral part of our lives. One of the interesting things concerning the advancement of technology is the fact that the world is becoming more and more paperless. The idea of creating paperless classroom was initially stimulated by the availability of Internet Technology and the possibility of reducing the cost by minimizing the use of physical materials (Slowinski, 2000, in Wang, 2010). Looking at this trend, as the Head of a Language Center, I came up with an idea to apply paperless policy at my institution especially at the Introduction to College English (ICE) classes. In reality; however, the idea did not work well. This quantitative and descriptive qualitative research describes the reasons why the policy failed. The data were taken from a survey, teacher-s reflection and semi-formal interview with some of the teachers. The findings suggest that there were several factors contributing to the failure of the policy, namely: overconfidence, over generalization, and lack of communication and preparation. It is implied that the success of paperless practice needs support from students, teachers and institution.

Abstract
The area of Indonesian rice fields in 2016 reached 8.19 million hectares (ha), an increase of 1.16% from the previous year, this number comprising 4.78 million ha of irrigated rice fields and 3.4 million ha of non-irrigated rice fields. On the other hand agricultural activities also cause climate change due to greenhouse gases (GHG) produced. GHG is a gas contained in the atmosphere, which absorbs and re-emits infrared radiation. This study aims to make a model of the rice productivity system, so as to produce a strategy to mitigate GHG emissions without reducing rice yields. Emissions to be mitigated in this study are CO2 and CH4. The approach is carried out with a dynamics system because it has the characteristics of a complex, non-linear system dynamics, changes in system behavior over time and feedback that describes new information about the state of the rice productivity system, which will then produce further decisions. The results of this study are mitigation strategies for CH4 and CO2 carbon emissions that are modeled using a dynamic system to analyze current conditions and evaluate existing problems so that they can provide alternative problem solving scenarios.

Abstract
Officials from the Chinese Ministry of Health have called for more attention to the protection of the rights to privacy of HIV/AIDS patients, following a court ruling that a hospital damaged a patients reputation by releasing false HIV-related information about the patient. The Xinzhou Intermediate Peoples Court of Shanxi Province rejected the appeal of the Xinzhou Prefectural Peoples Hospital against the original ruling by a district court, in the country-s first such case. The rights to privacy seems to be an issue in China, and it is actually a big deal which needs to discuss, especially in the medical matters since basically, the state has set the law regarding its citizens privacy. Illegal access to personal information, illegal providing personal information to others and personal decision interference, all belong to the infringement of Personal Privacy Act. The rules and regulations on the privacy rights regulated in their Constitution since the 1980s, however it was not implemented maximally due to the power of government and general reluctance in the past to litigate. By using a descriptive-qualitative method, the study will describe the implementation of the patients privacy regulations in the Peoples Republic of China. Moreover, the study shows that the right to privacy for the patients in China needs to get more attention for both government and ruling groups.

Abstract
The biggest problem that countries always face is poverty. There are always strategies and regulations issued to overcome poverty. One of them is financial inclusion. This is also indicated by G-20 countries that are committed to financial inclusion. This financial inclusion program is also carried out by the Indonesian Government through Banking institutions. Unfortunately this program has not been optimal in reducing poverty in Indonesia. Until 2017, the poverty rate in Indonesia still reached 10.12 percent or around 26.58 million people. Certainly a challenge. For that the author offers financial inclusion must target the mosque as a representative container for Muslims and appropriately alleviate poverty as well as a center for economic empowerment of the people. To ensure that mosques are very strategic in running financial inclusion programs in Indonesia, this study uses a case study approach. Because this study focuses on the case of "mosque-based financial inclusion", it is used singularly instrumental or that focuses only on one particular issue or problem which is then analyzed holistically. Judging from the case, the place of research, mosque-based financial inclusion research falls into the category of collective or multiple case studies. While the theory used to strengthen this case study approach is critical theory by Creswell. This study is not intended to draw conclusions in general or obtain generalizations, because it does not require populations and samples. For this reason, the two mosques that were the object of this research were the Jogokariyan Mosque in Yogyakarta, and the Al-Falah Mosque in Surabaya. Although limiting the locus of the two mosques, however, this study is expected to produce findings that can apply in other places (mosques or other places) if the characteristics and conditions are the same or similar to the place where the research was conducted, which is commonly referred to as transferability. The results of the study show that financial inclusion programs are very strategic at the mosque. Because mosques have more ethical values than other microfinance institutions, mosques have worshipers (customers) without looking for as do microfinance institutions, and various business units that can be used as a center for economic empowerment of the people, for example; baitul mal, cooperatives and other types of businesses that can be used as a forum for alleviating poverty in the community (pilgrims).

Abstract
This research is a quantitative study regarding the influence of discipline of the prayer in congregation on student learning achievement. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of education in Indonesia which makes learning achievement a benchmark for the success of student learning in schools. This learning achievement is measured by the development of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor assesments of students. But the next concern is that the education system in Indonesia is implementing the Full Day School system, which is almost 1/3 of students days spent in schools with their lack of daily control. Both in good behavior according to the norms adopted by Indonesia, as well as in terms of diversity, such as prayer in congregation for example, a worship that Allah will reckon for the first time in judgement day. Researchers are interested in discussing it more deeply, because they assume that class XII in high school can be used as a level that is sufficient to present the learning achievement of student in school and its intensity in the discipline of prayer in congregation. The subjects of this study were class XII students of high school in the 2018-2019 academic year in Jakarta who had access to fill out online questionnaires. The research sample was taken by non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling, with a sample of 40 people. The data collection technique uses online questionnaires that are widely distributed. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between discipline of prayer in congregation with student learning achievement (P<0,05), which was known from the regression value of 41.4%, and 69,9% of the rest influenced by other factors. The conclusion is, to getting closer to the perfect scorer (1) of student learning achievement can be increased by disciplining the congregational prayer.

A mechanism where the savings and wealth in the individuals transform into service in the community needs has been created through the waqf system. Waqf system reduce and even eliminate the gap between social classes. Where people who have capital will compete to serve the community to get closer to Allah. The Ottomans can be remembered today because of the waqf civilization was strong at the time. Various academic studies showed that waqf institution emerged as a third economic institution after the Ottoman central treasury and timar system. Therefore, research on the structure of the Ottoman economy and the function of the waqf institution is very important. The aim of this study is to explain the formation of cash waqf by analyzing the wakfiyah as the primary source. We also analyze the amount of profits obtained by cash waqf institution in Rumeli (Istanbul). Istanbul is the center of the Ottoman economy. Therefore, researching waqf institutions in Istanbul can help us to understand Ottoman financial condition generally. In addition, academic research on cash waqf institutions at Rumeli (Istanbul) is also very rare.

Abstract
The vocal folds react to smoking, from irritate the mucous to the tissue changes or dysplasia that degradation of voice performance in daily living. This study determine the influence of smoking habits to the voice handicap score by Voice Handicap Index score (VHI). The design was a retrospective cohort study from 96 adults that identified level of voice fatigue through VHI. From the history there were divided into 3 groups: a group of active smokers, passive smokers and nonsmokers. The statistical test used was Chi-square test and regression nominal test. Voice fatigue (VHI score > 20) in both active smokers (13.54%) and passive smokers (15.62%) compared with nonsmokers (6.25%), by Chi-square test results was p = 0047 (p <0.05). Nominal regression test between 3 groups of samples were (RR = 3.0, CI 95% = 0.95 to 9.21) between the group of active smokers and passive smokers (RR = 3.8, CI 95% = 1,23-11.80 ). Smoking habits influence the voice handicap score in both active smokers and passive smokers compared with nonsmokers. Active smokers have a risk of fatigue voice 3 times more often than nonsmokers and passive smokers have a risk 3.8 times more often than non-smokers.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to accommodate the perceptions of the students on the influence of the social media and peer group to the SPIRIT characters building. The method that be used in this research is by distributing questionnaires to the respondents and then data obtained were processed quantitatively with path analysis. The result showed that social media did not have significant influence, because it only accounted for 15%, while the effect of peer group on the SPIRIT character building is also not significant, which amounted to 17.8%. It can be concluded that social media and peer group have no significant effect on the SPIRIT character building. So, it is very necessary to deepen this study in order to know the significant effect to the SPIRIT character building.

Abstract
The retarding basin decay factor is controlled by retarding or storage factor. Nowadays, the empirical formula of retarding factor is built based on the watershed morphometric. The roles of rainfall and decay coefficient are the important factors for controlling the threshold in predicting the flood. Generally, the analyses are carried out on the soil type parameter, watershed morphometric, and flood. This study intends to investigate the influence of soil parameters on the retarding factor as the new variable to the determination of the decay factor. The result is hoped that retarding basin factor is influenced by the soil texture, effective porosity of the soil, and soil conductivity hydraulic that is as the input for building retarding basin decay factor.

Abstract
Vinegar coconut water can be made from coconut water by fermentation through two stages, namely alcohol fermentation in the presence of anaerobic yeast and acetic acid fermentation with acetic acid bacteria in aerobic. The present work was to investigate of influences of sucrose addition on alcohol fermentation and Acetobacter aceti on acetic acid fermentation to the acetic acid content of coconut water vinegar an phenol content. The method of experiment was used a completely randomized design by factorial with two replications. The first factor was sugar concentration (A) consisting of 2 levels i.e 15% and 20%, whereas the second factor was the concentration of inoculum of A.aceti consisting of 3 levels i.e 10%, 15% and 20%. Observations determined for ethanol content, pH, specific gravity and acetic acid content. The result showed ethanol and acetic acid content tends to increasing and pH was decreased whereas specific gravity almost constant. Then, for acetic acid fermentation was showed increasing the acetic acid content for all treatment in days 49, especially for the treatment of 15% sucrose and 10% A.aceti 10% addition

Abstract
Background: Schizophrenia is one of ten diseases that contribute to the burden in the world according to the ranking of the World Health Organization and the incidence of schizophrenia afflicts 1.5 per 10,000 people where the diagnosis of schizophrenia will be faster enforced in men than women. Global schizophrenia affects around one percent of the worlds population, and about 1.2% or 3.2 million Americans get schizophrenia and around 1.5 million people in the world are affected schizophrenia. Family negative attitudes and family rejection against family members with mental disorder increased the incidence of recurrence in patients with mental disorder. The study aimed to determine the effect of supportive therapy on family attitudes and family rejection of family members with schizophrenia. The research design for this study was a quasi-experimental use cluster sampling. The study included (51 families (intervention group), 45 families (control group), Participants were asked to complete the family attitude scale and acceptance and rejection scale. The results showed there were significant changes in attitudes and rejection after given supportive therapy group (p value is 0.05). There is a significant difference in the change in the intervention group and the control (p-value is 0.05). The suggestion of this research is to apply supportive group therapy and family communities.

Abstract
Background: A corneal foreign body is one of the main causes of blindness factor. The effects can be mild infections (keratitis) to severe (endophthalmitis) depending on the type of material. Late-stage complications can cause blindness. Objective: This study to determine the effect of types of corneal foreign body material on the severity of eye infection. Method: Non-experimental study design with analytic observational method and cross-sectional study. The sample was male and female patients (11 - 70 years old) who came to the eye clinic with a history of exposure to corneal foreign bodies of less than 8 days. The study was conducted by interviews and visual examination on anterior segment of the eyes. Data were analyzed with Chi-square test and correlation. Results: There are several types of foreign body material that affect cornea; gram iron (53.3%), plant branches (16.7%), animal wings (13.3%), sand (13.3%) and food (3,4 %). Most of these types of material cause mild infection/corneal erosion (60%), keratitis infections (33.4%) and blefaritis (3.3%). The incidence of corneal ulcers, endophthalmitis and panophthalmitis was not present in this study. Conclusion: There were no significant differences between the types of corneal foreign body material and the severity of eye infections.
