Abstract
This paper reports the effect of composite oil on the breakdown voltage. The composite oil is combined of palm oil and diala-b oil with various ratios. The breakdown voltage testing scheme is carried out with two variations test, the first without treatment and the second using treatment (boiling). Tests are carried out to obtain a breakdown voltage that is in accordance with the minimum standards of liquid insulators. From the test results, the breakdown voltage of the sample before going through the treatment process is very low, between 12-18.8 kV / 2.5. After the treatment process, there is a good breakdown voltage test, which is between 30-35 kV / 2.5 mm. The breakdown voltage test results in the treatment sample are higher as the concentration of the mixture from the diala-b increases. The average increase is 0.05 kV / 1% mixed diala-b. Palm oil samples have a higher water content than diala-b, which is 0.10%, while the diala-b is 0.08%. The effect of water content on the breakdown voltage average of 0.01 kV / 0.02% moisture content. Acidity (pH) in the test sample between 5.32 - 5.58. The 100% diala-b oil sample is 5.32 and 100% palm oil is 5.58. From the pH level, it is known that the higher the PH, the lower the breakdown voltage in the sample oil. The effect of an increase in pH on decreasing breakdown voltage is an average of 0.1 / 0.192 kV. The results show that the water content and acidity affect the oil breakdown voltage. The breakdown voltage values of all oil mixture samples that have undergone a treatment process have met the IEC standard No.56 1991s with results classified as above the standard (standard >= 30kV / 2.5mm).

Abstract
Indonesian Railway Authority plans to build a double railway track between Bandung-Cibatu which is currently the densest service line in Bandung Regency. Cicalengka Station is one of the major stations in this line service. This study aims to plan the train traffic arrangement at Cicalengka Station. The Conflict Rate Matrix Table was used as a simple simulation method to analyse the train journey route (formed, used, conflicted) and the degree of route usage against train frequency. The results showed that the Cicalengka Station on double track system would be passed by 98 passenger trains and planned to have two primary tracks (II and III) which are used for the direct train journey through the station. Track I, IV, V, and VI are the siding tracks that used for a railway stop. Cicalengka Station is also planned to have a route that is formed and is used each amounted to 10 routes (A to J). The conflict degree is 0.84, and the degree of route usage against train frequency is 0.75. Furthermore, it can be concluded that the percentage of non-conflicted route increased from 16% to 25%.

Abstract
Background : Students of indonesian studies have observed the so called conservative turn among Muslim in Indonesia, when their attitudes and opinions pertaining to politics and pluralism, societal and religious, exhibited more defensive and exclusive tendencies. Muhammadiyah is among the community that is said to experience the syndrome. Meanwhile, in the last decade Muhammadiyah internally embarked a kind of institutional U-Turn, in the form of ideological empowerment, in response to trends of taking overs of its communities and assets by newly formed Islamist organisations and parties; and internal ideological loosening when more professionals with no ideological backgrounds taking ups policy making positions in its universities and hospitals. Aim: To examine theoretically that what has happened in Muhammadiyah is not conservative turn, but rather institutional U-Turn, first recommended by 2005 National Congress (Muktamar) to do ideological empowerments, especially at grassroots levels and professionally-run institutions. Method : This articles applies document analysis, to compare, on the one hand books and articles reporting the conservative turn, the arguments they develop, and evidences they put forward; and on the other hand, documents from internal Muhammadiyah that shows its effort to organise ideological empowerment. Result : What external and internal observers of Muhammadiyah perceived as part of the bigger picture of Indonesian Muslim conservative turn, turned out to be an internal efforts to do ideological empowerment, responding to external threats and internal weakness. Conclusion : Students of Indonesian Islam need to be more critical toward intellectual Zeitgeist of de-radicalisation, that greedily lump everything outside its standard as conservatisation and radicalisation, which in fact it is not.

Abstract
This study aims to elaborate between two elements of writing component (content and organization) in student thesis writing. The focus of the research in this article is in the introductory chapter based on the content of chapter 1 which contains important points of research, rationale, important issues that want to be raised, goals and benefits in order to increase authors logic in breaking down his mindset, the focus of his ideas, how to organize ideas so that coherence is very important to measure. The research problem formulation is: "What are the description and the problem of the consistency of the content component and the students thesis in chapter 1?" The main objective of this research is to see the logic of the authors mindset starting from the title to the introductory chapter by focusing on the content and organization aspects in the assessment standards writing. This study is a literature study, qualitative research design in linguistic research with the student questionnaire as the main data source; there are 5 student theses from the class (2008 to 2015) which are the main ingredients of this study. The technique of data collection is done by: reading techniques followed by note-taking techniques. Data were analyzed using content analyzers. Language linguistic analysis refers to the opinion of Sudaryanto (2001) which includes: observing, dissecting, and expressing. The results of the study describe that: (1). 2 of the 5 theses in the content component show the consistency of the revelation of the thesis in the introductory chapter very well, this is indicated by the statement starting the idea of the chapter one focus reviewers the main topic in the title of the thesis; The other 1 thesis is categorized as having a pretty good statement even though the focus of the topic is not sharply reviewed starting in the first and second paragraphs; 2 other theses can be seen from paragraph 1 to 3 the idea is general, does not directly focus on the title or main topic of the thesis. (2) 2 theses show that ideas are arranged systematically with indications of preliminary effectiveness, logical explanation of ideas, and paragraph suitability are neatly arranged even though some are not perfect but overall can be categorized as good; 1(one) thesis shows the arrangement of ideas develops well but still needs to add ideas and facts to support the suitability and focus of the problem; The 2 (two) theses in chapter 1 of the idea do not appear to be effective, focusing the problem is not sharpened data interpretation. The problem section according to Bryne (188) then concluded that the ability of the idea to influence the occurrence of consistency in the logic arrangement in the content an organization component.

Abstract
This study describes the identity construction of the Muslim Council of Papua (MPP) through the process of externalization, objectification and internalization. MPP has a significant role in socio-political life in Papua amid Christian domination. Muslims are considered to be an "unauthorized" group taking an important part in the process of life in Papua. "Muslim Council of Papua" was formed which aimed to gather Muslims the political and social dynamics after regional autonomy. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and literature studies. The results showed that the social construction of the Papuan Muslim Council was passed based on 3 fundamental processes, the first was external construction through the spread of Muslims in Papua which was formed to fight for the interests of Muslim groups in Papua and the general publik. Second, objectification which shows that the role of MPP is not only limited to the interests of Muslims but also its involvement in the Papuan Peoples Assembly, especially its involvement in the local election in Papua. While in the internalization process, the role of the Papuan Muslim Council is able to provide an overview of the condition of Papua which is multi-religious and able to coexist with other religions.

Abstract
Tag question is commonly accepted in literature and it functionally conveys interpersonal meaning relating to the communication and stance. Interfacing with the typological study is employed to reveal the construction of tag question in Sundanese within distinctively marked element. This current study is systemic functional typology focusing on interpersonal meaning through mood system. This study uses DIY method adopted by Wodak (2009). Literally, DIY (do it yourself) corpora is one of method to analyze an unlimited data. It is a manual way to representatively serve the large data aiming to analyze a specific case. The data is taken from Mangle and Cupumanik online. It is collected within 2 weeks consisting of 20 texts which contained 100.000 words from an update period. To get the analysis, the researcher uses Antconc software provided the instruments in order to be easily typed in KWIC. After working on it, the data is analyzed through systemic functional linguistics/SFL grounded by Halliday & Mathiessen (2004) and typologically interfaced by Greenbergian approach in order to generalize the system of tag question in Sundanese. The tentative result shows that tag question is significantly more frequent in spoken language than written text and typologically found in private and informal setting. To deepen the interpretation, it delineates the differences and similarities between the constructions of tag question extracted from the corpus.

Abstract
This article aims at explaining the competition between Muslims and Christians in Jayapura, Papua. The competition between the two religious groups happens not only in the spread of religious teaching, but also in the struggle of public spaces in Jayapura, Papua, such as the installation of religious symbols and the construction of religious facilities massively. The struggle for public spaces creates both conflict tendency and opportunities for constructive dialogue. This study shows that (1) the competition between the two groups results the thickening of religious identity, and (2) the struggle for public spaces occurs along with the implementation of special autonomy policies for Papua. Religious identity gets stronger and creates contradictory relationships, while the policy provides a broad space for Papuan Christians politically. Papuans have more open access on the control of the political sector, thus indirectly marginalizing the role and the existence of Muslim migrants in Jayapura, Papua.

Abstract
The development of the current era of disruption has resulted in changes in global and exponential patterns where speed is higher and the direction is difficult to predict, not only affecting economic actors but also influencing the decision makers and the performance of the government. Whereas the public policy making is still in linear pattern, resulting in slow decision making process and a failure in anticipating the disruption. The paper aims to find out whether the disruptive era influences government policy and or political interests. Cases discussed in this paper are the Terrorism Act and the Music Bill in Indonesia. In the case of the release of Abu Bakar Baasyir, a humanist-based policy seemed unstable to implement. Meanwhile, the discussion regarding the Music Bill was not deliberate enough among the actors. This paper uses descriptive-qualitative approach with library research as the data collection methods. This research provides suggestions for the government in anticipating the disruptive factors for policy-making process in the future

Abstract
Synchytrium pogostemonis is one of the most important fungal pathogens. This fungus causes budok disease on patchouli plant. Research to control the disease was conducted at Indonesian Spices and Medicinal Crop Research Institute (ISMCRI) Bogor. Research purpose was to evaluate effectiveness of citronella, clove, and neem essential oil formulas on budok disease incidence. Single formula of citronella, clove, and neem were tested, as well as, their combination formulas of those three essential oils. Two synthetic fungicides (benomyl and bourdeaux mixture) were also tested as comparisons, as well as, water as a control treatment. One-month-old patchouli plants were sprayed with single and combination formulas of those three essential oils (5 ml/l), benomyl (3 g/l), bourdeaux mixture (1 g/l) and water as much as (100-200 ml/plant) every two weeks for 5 times respectively. Experiment was conducted in a Randomized Completelly Block Designed (10 treatments, 3 replicates, and 16 plants/replicate). This experiment indicated that application of combination formula of (neem+citronella) was the most effective (56.51%) against budok disease. Its effectiveness was higher and comparable to benomyl (47.82%) and bourdeaux mixture (52.18%). This combination formula of (citronella+neem) could be recommended for the control of budok disease of patchouli. The use of essential oils combination formulas, hopefully could control budok disease, inhibit the resistancy of target pathogens, reduce the concentration of the more toxic essential oil once, reduce phytotoxicity, as well as, to reduce the use of synthetic pesticides.

Abstract
Goosegrass (Eleusine indica) is an important weed in rubber plantation. It is getting more difficult to control with glyphosate herbicide of which is normally very common used to control the weed in rubber plantation in North Sumatra. The objective of the study was to evaluate the efficacy of preemergent (indaziflam 150g a.i/ha) and postemergent herbicides (glyphosate 720g a.e./ha, paraquat 400g a.i/ha, ammonium glufosinate 450g a.i./ha) alone or mixtures (glyphosate 720g a.i + metsulfuron methyl 15g a.i./ha, glyphosate 720g a.e./ha + 100g indaziflam a.i/ha) on goosegrass growing on the rubber field along the rubber row. Apart from those treatments there were plots cleared by scrapping the soil surface and plot without treatment. The results showed that indaziflam at 150g/ha and 720 g a.e glyphosate /ha + 100g indaziflam/ha) and manually only cleared controlled the goosegrass effectively followed by 450 g a.i ammonium glufosinate /ha whereas paraquat at 400g.a.i/ha and glyphosate at 720 g a.e/ha either alone or mixture with metsulfuron methyl at 15 g a.i/ha did not control goosegrass satisfactorily

Abstract
Activities in the oil and gas industry have some impacts on environment through flare gas. Flare gas occurs as the combustion products of natural gas are wasted into atmosphere without further and proper treatment. These products increase carbon dioxide (CO2) and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions which are considered as the biggest contributors to global warming. Indonesia has participated in accelerating the reduction of gas flares in oil and gas activities through the Zero Routine Flaring by 2030 initiated by the World Bank. In 2017, the volume of flare gas in Indonesia was approximately 82 MMSCFD. The object of this study is flare gas in Pertamina RU III Plaju Palembang which has three flare stacks and produces about 0.84 MMSCFD of flare gas . The flare gas, consist of hydrocarbon components (mostly butane, propane and pentane) of high economic value if it is conserved and processed further. Using Gas to Liquid (GTL) method, flare gas can be converted into Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) which is of valuable use domestically. The simulation was performed using ASPEN HYSYS with three distillations and one cooler. Simulation of the separation of LPG from the flare gas unit of the Crude Distillation Gas Plant (CDGP) of 1051 barrel/day can produce propane 34.67 barrel/day, i-butane 148.98 barrel/day and n-butane 159.06 barrel/day.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to test the relationship between new media use intensity, especially the internet, and the level of religiosity of adolescence. It builds on scholarship discussing the millennial generation and current development of human media use behavior. The Millennial, particularly its adolescence, often viewed as immature and unaware of religious life. They also characterized as internet generation because they are surrounded by the internet throughout their lifetimes. On the other, internet use intensity commonly blamed by its negative and harmful consequences to adolescence attitude or morality. It raised a question about the relationship between religiosity and internet use intensity in current adolescence as millennial generation. This research will test the relationship between internet usage and religiosity by using The Product Moment Test. Both variables will be assessed by a scale administered to students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. It is selected as the research location for its attention to religious and youthful values. The result of the test will be discussed further to extend discussion about the relationship of both variables. The conclusions must be understood limited to the context of the limited subjects of this research.

Abstract
This study aims to know correlation of growth analysis and yield of shallot plant in application under different dosage ammonium sulphate (AS) fertilizer and the sources of rhizobacteria in the rainy season. The study was conducted in Balecatur village, Gamping, Sleman, Yogyakarta from March to June 2018. The study was done using factorial Randomized Complete Block Design with three replications. The first factor was dosage of AS fertilizer (150, 250 and 350 kg ha-1). The second factor was sources of rhizobacteria (bamboo root, gliricidia root, peanut root) and control which was applied by AS 250 kg ha-1 of NPK. The observed variables were the analysis growth and yield of bulb per ha. The results were analysed using analysis of variance at 5% of significant then followed by multiple Duncan test at 5% of significant. There was no interaction between the dosage of ammonium sulphate fertilizer and the source of rhizobacteria on all observed variables. The dosage of US fertilizer up to 350 kg ha-1 did not increase growth and bulb yields, as well as sources of rhizobacteria, but highest bulb yields than controls were obtained at US 150 kg ha-1 and bamboo rhizobacteria. There was a high positive correlation between the components of the growth analysis, while the harvest index and bulb yield of the negative correlation was significantly low.

Abstract
Abstract Peatland is a unique ecosystem with a very high diversity. However, peatland is vulnerable ecosystems. It is easy to damaged and difficult to be restored. There are many wildfires in tropical peatlands from the year 1997 to 2018. The research presented took place in Ex Mega Rice Project in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. This research aims to find a correlation between dry days as a meteorological aspect in wildfires phenomenon based on water balance in tropical peatlands. Quantitative method used in this research provides information about the dry days characteristics to drought index in peatland wildfire management in Central Kalimantan. The rainfall decrease is one caused by the impact of El Nino in Indonesia. It is lead to drought in tropical peatland. The achieved results revealed that the meteorological drought was occurring periodically. In the light of the presented calculations and analyses supported by the literature review, it can be assumed that drought threat is intermittent and not always is caused by a local meteorological. Extremely dry day lead to drought. Drought lead to wildfire, especially in tropical peatland. A comprehensive approach also include the influence of internal factors, which periodically strengthen or weaken the relationships in this research.

Abstract
The acoustic emission (AE) technique, one of the NDT (non-destructive method), is more effective for assessing corrosion in the concrete structures. The main objective of this study is to utilize the AE technique for assessment of pre-corroded concrete specimens under load testing. The experiments were utilized for small scales of pre-corroded specimens subjected to monotonic loading for AE signals. For the result of the experiments, the AE parameters include the AE hits, RA value, and AF of the AE data were successfully introduced to assess the flexure behavior of the pre-corroded beam specimen. The experiments conducted in this research helped to understand the flexural behavior of the pre-corroded specimen under loading test using the AE technique.

Abstract
The implementation of package payment system for healthcare in Indonesia, or INA CBGs, as part of the National Health Security program, has been a focus of scrutinized studies. Indeed, for any private hospital, profit has been served as the main focus in supporting its operational. On the other hand, the prevalence of non-communicable diseases such as diabetes with the wide range of possible complications, has proven to be costly. Therefore, to maintain the sustainability of its service, private hospitals have to put the more efficient and effective cost management system into place, especially in the existence of INA CBGs. Objectives: objectives of this study is to predict the development of complication and the rate of medication cost among the member of JKN in one diabetes outpatient department in a hospital in Yogyakarta. Methods: The study using bivariate analysis to shows the correlation between complications and medication cost and medication, and using Multiple Discriminant Analysis to predict diabetes complications in future. Result: The results showed the complication rate has positively influenced the medication cost delivered by the hospital. Furthermore, the increased number of complications has led to the increased number of medication utilization which in turn has raised hospital-s operational cost: The Multiple Discriminant Analysis has successfully showed the prediction of diabetes complications with accuracy rate of prediction classification of 62.2%. . Therefore, it is regarded as essential to increase additional cost to cover the complication. Conclusion: The finding show that a more preventive measure program should be a key to prevent further complication which in turn would generate more profit.

Abstract
Background: Bantul X Hospital is one of hospital that has a hemodialysis unit that is currently in the development stage. In its development, the hemodialysis unit has not been spared by several obstacles, one of which is related to costs. Therefore, it needs to be done carefully and effectively so that the hospital continues to obtain benefits and does not lose. The results of the analysis with the Activity Based Costing method are expected to be used to manage unit costs, become a reference in tariff determination decisions and manage human resource management in the most effective way possible. Metode: The type of research is descriptive method research with a quantitative approach. The unit cost analysis method uses the ABC (Activity Based Costing) modification method by Baker. Result: Based on the results of calculations using the ABC method, the unit cost of single-use hemodialysis is Rp. 992.531 and unit cost of re-use hemodialysis is Rp. 834.036. Unit cost of hemodialysis using ABC method is lower than the tariff of Bantul X Hospital, which is Rp. 1,188,000 and higher than the claim of INA CBGs is Rp. 825,500. Conclusion: There is a negative gap between the unit cost of the single-use and re-use hemodialysis using ABC method with the claim of INA-CBGs. Therefore, the hospital needs to evaluate unit cost further for cost effectiveness.
