Abstract
This study evaluated the role of HPMC to inhibit mannitol crystallization in air-dried liposome formulation. HPMC has been used in solid dispersion to prevent crystallization of several drugs. The mannitol and HPMC were included in the developed formulations with 4 different weight ratios and air-dried at 40ºC for 120 h. Liposome was composed of SPC:DDA:Chol (9:3:1 in molar ratio). XRD data showed crystalline-forming properties as function of mannitol and HPMC ratio. The formula with highest mannitol:HPMC ratio (4:1) showed most obvious crystallinity, while the lowest ratio (2:3) indicated amorphous solid. DTA analysis found that the later formula showed broad endothermic peak at 150-170ºC, indicating amorphous solid. SEM data supported these results where no crystalline structure was observed in the later formulation. The rest (2:1 and 4:3) formula showed partially amorphous and partially crystalline. From XRD and DTA data, there are two polymorphs of mannitol observed in the formulations, delta and beta-mannitol. From the findings, it can be concluded that incorporation of HPMC as dispersion matrix potentially inhibits crystal formation in the developed formulation.

Abstract
This research aims to identify movie-induced tourism in terms of business related to audiences- personal motivation using a study on movie Ada Apa Dengan Cinta (AADC) 2. It uses a qualitative study with descriptive approach. The results of in-depth interview from 17 respondents are analysed using conventional content analysis that would later raise the emergent themes to support the identification of movie-induced tourism in the study of AADC 2. The results of this study indicate that AADC 2 has a function to influence audiences- travel decisions on the featured locations after watching the movie even though the movie itself is not intended to promote a particular destination. The audiences- personal motivation in this study are grouped into two, namely general personal motivation and specific personal motivation. In addition, there are also consideration factors of audience that influence their decisions to travel to the featured locations in the movie. Some assessments and behavioral intentions are also expressed by the audiences after they visited the sites. With these results, this study is expected to provide an overview of the relevant business players, such as tourism offices, Destination Marketing Organizations (DMO), and movie production companies, about tourist behaviors in Indonesia.

Abstract
The constraints of vanilla development in conventional vegetative propagation are the presence of Fusarium wilt disease and the limitations of the parent plant as cuttings so that vanilla is developed through micro propagation techniques. The ability of the explants to regenerate and differentiate to form buds in vitro is excessive need to be controlled through cytokine regulation in an effort to get the same vanilla seedlings as parent, healthy and uniform. The objectives of this research are: 1) developing vanilla seedlings through multiplication of shoots by modifying BAP and Kinetin in vitro and 2) obtaining vanilla seeds through uniform, healthy and not attacked by plant disease pests through micro propagation techniques. The study was conducted in the Jember State Polytechnic Network Culture laboratory using a factorial Complete Randomized Design (CRD). Factor 1 is BAP concentration that is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 ppm and factor 2 is Kinetin concentration which is 0, 1, 2 ppm. Further data analysis used Duncans average difference test of 5% or 1%. The parameters observed in this study were: 1) the budding speed, 2) the number of shoots, 3) the length of shoots, 4) the wet weight of shoots and 5) the development of explants. Achievement of the expected results in this study has a value of Technological Adequacy Level (TKT) 5 which is a picture of validation of cytokine modifications that effectively produce multiplication of vanilla shoots so that the same vanilla seedlings are obtained as the parent, uniform, healthy.

Abstract
Rest2dinv imaging of geoelectric acquisition data always produces radiometric degraded images on the edge of the anomaly. This degradation is caused by influencing the resistivity of the anomaly and medium, so that the anomalous edges are imaged with non-singular color lines. In mining exploration, the edge degraded image can cause difficulties in determining the size of mining material deposits, so that prospective mining exploration in a mining area cannot be adequately measured. In this paper the results of the development of a digital image processing system are presented to reduce the effect of degradation of the edges of res2dinv images that are inversed from res2dmod data acquisition. Reduction is done on gray level with the rgb2gray Matlab function followed by edge detection operations using the gradient operator to increase the sharpness of the line in the image. And then the segmentation process is carried out with a discontinuity approach to reinforce the appearance of identified anomalous objects.

Abstract
This paper presents an analysis of the distribution of geothermal manifestations in shallow subsurface of Kasinan Hot Springs in the Kasinan Pesanggrahan Batu area. Analysis of the distribution of geothermal manifestations is based on the results of a three-track resistivity geoelectric survey. The length of each track is 120 meters in the north to northeast of the source, 100 meters to the east and 100 meters to the south of the source using geoelectric method and wenner configuration. The distribution of the Kasinan geothermal manifestations led to the northern to northeastern sources. This is evidenced by the suitability of the value of the resistivity of hot water at the source point with the value of the resistivity of hot water present on the first track. In addition, after being interpreted, the distribution is evenly distributed along the path of Kasinan hot water. Most have a resistivity value of <10 which identifies the value of the resistivity of hot water in that range.

Abstract
Sandstones containing 60% of oil or gas because of porosity and permeability. Conventional method required sandstones predicted with complete data. This study used neural networks to determine the depth of sandstones and predict incomplete variables well site at Sunda Strait-south area. Data preprocessing used PCA-PLS to find the most important variables that affect the output thus improving the prediction results. Multicollinearity analysis is used to determine the data compression needed. Raw data multicollinearity result showed that the multicollinearity occurs indicated with VIF over 10 and tolerance under 0.1 at CALI and SP variables. PCA-PLS analysis use to reduce data from 13 variables into six important variables namely DEPT GR RHOB NPHI ILD Peff, these results do not experience multicollinearity. Variable that predicted is ILD with best ANN multilayer perceptron showed small standard deviation and standard error results 2.85 and 0.03. Best ANN model to predict the depth of radial basis sandstone is due to produce a regression test of 0.8 based on the results of the validation of the log image.

Abstract
Nowadays, many large cities in Indonesia. Such as Jakarta, Pekanbaru and Palangkaraya, experience a high air pollution rate. Particularly, the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) stated that the average annual concentration of PM 2.5 particulates in Jakarta turns out to be far beyond the national ambient air quality standard. Unfortunately, recent data indicated that in every one (Particulate Matter) PM 2.5 air quality monitoring station in Jakarta, the annual average is 34.57 ug / m3. Basically, the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation No. 41/1999 stipulates the annual PM 2.5 quality standard at 15 ug / m3.In other words these annual averages display a serious pollution problem in some major Indonesian cities. Other cases that added pollution problems took place in Pekanbaru and Palangkaraya cities which witnessed rainforest fires. Therefore, there appear a need for a clean and inexhaustible source of energy since the use of alternative and efficient energy resources can serve a purpose. This study aims at illustrating some advantages of using solar system to achieve a clean and sustainable environment by following certain steps and recommend specific policies regarding efficient use alternative renewable resources. Findings of this study might be of interest to government and non-government environment policy makers in addition to development activists and academics.

Abstract
Dryland is potential to increase migration, social structure damage, low productivity, limited economic growth, and marginalization without any support and assistance and East Manggarai Regency is one of the areas with those possibilities. The purpose of this article is to scrutinize the management of dryland farming in supporting the necessities of life in food-insecure areas. This research belongs to descriptive analytical study and applies survey technique. The samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. A total of 80 respondents took part in this research; they were from four villages in two selected food-insecure sub-districts, namely Borong and Komba. Effective dryland farming management is highly relevant to the supply of food and raw materials. The management in the studied areas mostly applies minimum inputs and leads to commercialization. Land tenure is used for the production of staple food and plantation crops. Staple food crop yields are used to ensure the availability of staple food, while plantation yields are used to meet other necessities. Limited transportation infrastructure contributes to less optimum potential for the development of staple food and plantation crops.

Abstract
A potential area of space is an area that is above a country that is still free of power. Areas of potential space can be used limitedly by other countries that are geographically not below it based on the principle of spatial justice. Claims of power over a potential space area can be made by the state underneath it by law enforcement in the area in question. Law enforcement and mastery of space need to be done because space has economic value and is part of natures wealth that is limited in nature. Abstract
The negative cost difference between the claims of INA-CBGs and hospital costs for patients which the member of National Health Insurance (JKN) with surgical cases at Jombang Islamic Hospital in 2017 reached IDR -248,095,186. It was hypothesized that the negative cost difference occurred due to the scheduling delay of the surgery and the patients length of stay. The objectives of this research were to identify the factors which affect the negative cost difference in the appendicitis cases. This was an observational analytic research with cross-sectional study design. This research involved 40 medical records of patients who were diagnosed with appendicitis in Jombang Islamic Hospital from January-December 2018. The patients were selected using stratified random sampling. The data were analyzed using linear regression. This research showed that length of stay (β=0.290; p=0.005) and schedule for the surgery (β=0.265; p=0.010) had a significant impact on the negative cost differences in the JKN patient with appendicitis. This research concludes an increase in the length of stay and the delay of the surgery schedule will increase the negative cost difference. Therefore, the hospital should monitor the surgeon compliance toward the length of stay and prevent the delay of surgical schedule in appendicitis cases to reduce the negative cost difference in Jombang Islamic Hospital.

Abstract
Internet users in Indonesia reached 171.17 million in 2019. Data on Spring 2014 Global Attitudes mentioned that in developing countries the impact of the internet has given bad influence. It rompted the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) to supervise the internet. However, it received disagreement from part of community by delivering the petition to reject KPI plan through www.change.org. This research aims to find out the pros and cons of KPI in supervising Netflix and Youtube content. The study used critical discourse analysis. The results revealed the polemic due to differences in interpreting the Broadcasting Law 32 of 2002, especially regarding other media whether it includes the internet or not; whether Netflix and Youtube are included television broadcasting or video on demand (VOD) cable television identification; or whether KPI has been given the authority to supervise them. In the context perspective, KPI conveyed that the discourse was in line with the phenomenon where the creativity of internet users increased and television programs quality were below the standard. KPI should convey these issues to the Indonesian Parliament. The KPI supervision must have clear legal basis first, and do not obstruct internet users- creativity.
