Abstract
We determined the ratio of the concentration of dimethylsulfide (DMS) and metabolic precursors, dimethylsulfoniumpropionate (DMSP), in water and particulate samples obtained along the transect through the runoff of the Pangkep and Tallo rivers in the rainy season and the dry season to the open sea. In most cases, we observed a positive correlation between the concentration of biogenic sulfur species and salinity, especially when the concentration of sulfur compounds was measured for chlorophyll as a measure of phytoplankton biomass. Normal concentrations of DMS, dissolved DMSP, and particulate (intracellular) DMSP increase non-linearly with salinity from estuaries. DMS however, is generally highest near the surface and decreases by moving away from the euphotic zone. At the mouth of the Tallo River, runoff dominated by surface water affects the dominance (D) of phytoplankton from the Makassar city river flow, and the reduction of nutrients from the sea cannot be predicted. Pangkep river estuary abundance of phytoplankton is more dominant than the genus Chaetoceros sp. The value of phytoplankton dominance is associated with the decline of organic nutrients from river mouths, this shows that the absorption of phytoplankton is the main surface up weeling process that is responsible for reducing nutrients. The average value of diversity index is 1.11; 0.082 and 0.521 while the value index of diversity, water surface and dominance in the subsurface ocean that is 1.14; 0.088 and 0.55. The result of the distribution of spatial abundance of phytoplankton in the west season and seasons east shows the level of k water surface phytoplankton in the area is different .

Abstract
In the waters of the Tallo River there is an interaction between fresh water and sea water due to the tidal events that greatly affect the value of salinity. This interaction is one of the influences on the occurrence of the spread of salinity. The purpose of this study was to describe the distribution of salinity and flow velocity that affected salinity in the Tallo Estuary area, especially in the riverbed area during high tide and low tide conditions. Data collection was carried out in the Tallo River Estuary area with a distance between 400 m. By using ADCP (Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler) and CTD (Conductivity Temperature Depth). The pattern of spreading salinity is illustrated by the ArcGis 10.3 program. The results showed an increase in salinity found in the Muara Tallo area when tide conditions and conditions receded into the river with a distance of 3.6 km, as well as flow velocities that affect salinity where at an increase in flow velocity will result in increased salinity while at low tide the flow rate will result in decreased salinity. Based on water classification, the Tallo Estuary area can be categorized as mostly brackish water.

Abstract
Estuary is a coastal waters where the river mouth meets the sea and where fresh water mixes with salt water from the sea. Estuary forms a transition zone between the river environment and the marine environment. The mix of seawater with fresh water makes the estuary region unique, with the formation of brackish water with fluctuating salinity. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of salinity and temperature as well as the relationship of the effect of temperature on salinity in the Muara River area during the highs and lows conditions. Data retrieval is done in the Jeneberang River Estuary area with a distance between 200m points using the ADCP (Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler) and CTD (Conductivity Temperature Depth). The pattern of spreading salinity and temperature is described using the ArcGis 10.3 program. The results showed an increase in salinity found in the Jeneberang estuary area during tidal conditions and receding conditions, as well as the closeness of the relationship between temperature and salinity which showed a directly proportional result. Based on water clarification, the Mueberang River estuary area can be categorized as brackish water.

Abstract
Pacitan Regency is the easternmost district of the province of East Java which is directly adjacent with the Wonogiri Regency (Central Java) to the west. Pacitan can be reached in about 4 hours from Yogyakarta by land transportation via the southern route of Java. The morphology of the pacitan district is very unique. Pacitan city is a semicircular valley flanked by high hills in the east, north, and west. The hills are dominated by rocks of ancient Oligo-Miocene volcanic products commonly called the Old Andesite Formation. Pacitan stratigraphy according to Samodra, et al (1992) from the oldest to the youngest are Oligocene Volcanic (Mandalika Formation, Watupatok Formation, and Arjosari Formation), Early Miocene Carbonate (Campurdarat Formation, Jaten Formation), Middle Miocene Volcanic (Wuni Formation), Late-pliocene miocene carbonate (Nampol Formation, Oyo Formation, Wonosari Formation), and holocene alluvial deposits (kalipucang Formation). Pacitan district is not an oil and gas producing district like other districts in North East Java because the presence of dominant volcanic rocks is not considered to be a prospect petroleum play. For this reason, we need to study the potential of the petroleum system of southern mountainous sub-volcanic deposits. This study started from Pacitan district. Jaten Formation and the Nampol Formation are interesting formations in terms of petroleum systems because they are composed of sandstone, shale, and coal intercalations that are very rich in carbon materials. In the other hand they also have the potential to be a reservoir because their physical properties such good porosity and permeability. This study uses surface data with detailed stratigraphic cross section measurements, Rock Eval Pyrolysis (REP), Reflectance of Vitrinite and Kerogen Type of selected samples to analyze the potential of Jaten and Nampol formations to become a source rock. In addition, porosity and permeability analysis was also performed using petrographic thin section analysis and lab tests.

Abstract
This study aims to prepare and to investigate the physicochemical properties of superabsorbent hydrogels (SH) based on poly (vinyl alcohol)/ poly (ethylene glycol) with an aid of glutaraldehyde crosslinker. The SH was synthesized using solution mixing method. The physicochemical properties of synthesized SH were determined by means of FTIR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis, tensile strength, swelling ratio, and water retention tests. The results revealed that the optimum volume ratio of PVA (2.5% w/v): PEG (2.5% w/v): GA (3.33x10-5 % v/v) composition on SH was 2:3:3. The predominant interaction between polymer precursors involved functional moieties of C–O/C–O–C, C=O, C–H and –OH via hydrogen bonding. Copolymerization with PEG was not only modified crystallinity, tensile strength, thermal stability, and elasticity but also improved porous structure of PVA. The synthesized SH has huge water absorption capacity with water swelling ratio (% SR) and water retention (% WR) of 1230% and 53%, respectively.

Abstract
Agricultural waste in the form of lignocellulose biomass are considered to be the largest promising carbon source in the nature for transformation to its base components such as simple sugars that can be further converted to bioethanol through cellulolytic enzyme activities. Cellulolytic enzymes can be found in microorganisms such as in the digestion tracts of termites. The microbiological biodiversity in the digestive tract of termites is suspected to produce cellulolytic enzymes that would degrade lignocellulose and may have the potentials to result in bioethanol. The purpose of this research is to identify potential cellulolytic enzym producting bacteria from the digestion tract of termites from various locations of North Sulawesi. Bacteria that was screened was then isolated with PrestoTM Mini gDNA Bacteria Kit Protocol, Geneaid then continued on to 16S RNA Gene Sequencing. Several bacteria isolates were succesfully isolated from the termites digestive tract (genus Odontotermes sp and Nasutitermes sp). Molecular identification with 16S rRNA sequences indicated that isolate B1 had 97% similarity with Bacillus cereus strain L-7, isolate B2 had a similarity of 97% with Stenotrophomonas maltophillia Strain W8-8, while the two isolate isolated from Nasutitermes sp, had a degree of similarity of 99% to E. faecalis.

Abstract
Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) provides a holistic perspective to act sustainably through activities directed to the community. The Adiwiyata program develops students behaviour and through good school governance to support sustainable development but has several problems and obstacles including less understanding of the concept of an environmentally friendly school, lack of communication and human resources, and there is no statistical data on the environment perception or environmental awareness in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze school potencies in ESD implementation and expect Adiwiyata school to be able to contribute to the implementation of ESD in Indonesia. Six school leaders in Jakarta were interviewed to gather information on school potencies for the implementation of ESD in Adiwiyata schools. The results show that both schools have obstacles in the process of implementing policies and activities with the concept of sustainability even though they have the potencies to implement the ESD program.

The samples that the author uses are Indonesian Millennials that actively using social media and have been using social media to plan a travel experience. This research is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to process the data. The result showing that during the initial process of planning, the peripheral route which consists of source credibility and social media reputation plays a huge role. Meanwhile during the later process of planning the central route is the main route that influences the users when they start to dig in more information and getting more interested in the information they searched for. This concludes that during the buying decision process, the later route plays a huge role, but the initial route plays a significant role to pull the attention of a potential customer before they decide which products or services that they like to focus on.

Abstract
Pre-anaesthesia assessment has a pivotal role to ensure safe surgery which needs a strong interprofessional collaborative practice among care providers. This research aims to explore the interprofessional collaboration knowledge, attitude, and behaviour among care providers when performing pre-anaesthesia assessment. A survey using closed-ended questionnaires was carried out with 80 respondents (67 nurses, and 13 specialist physicians) in a private hospital with 130 beds. A descriptive and path analysis was performed. In general care providers showed a relative good interprofessional collaboration attitude (75.45), and behaviours (77.92) but a lack understanding of pre-anaesthesia assessment (50.95) and interprofessional collaboration (68.17) was revealed. While the overall attitude score was good, a weakness was noted in the physician-s autonomy dimension (50.88). The lowest score of behaviours was found in isolation dimension (73.00). The path analysis found no significant correlation between knowledge and behaviours but has a low negative correlation with attitude. The attitude itself has a significant negative association with behaviours even though the models only explain 22% variation in interprofessional collaboration. Care providers need to have better understanding related to interprofessional collaboration in pre-anaesthesia assessment, even though knowledge and attitude do not show a significant correlation to the interprofessional collaboration behaviours.
